Ok im gonna be doing 6 hours manual labor a day 1 and ahalf streching morning wait 2 hours supra slammer 1 hour half then take a 6 hour break , then do streeching and wait 2 hours to slammers, btw does nutting affect gains i mean i pretty good at not nutting considering i can do supra slamemrs like 40 times without nutting on accident

im 18 and mexican/italian i got really good genes from both parents , when i was peaking working out i was 145lbs benching 245 6 reps 5 sets , 80 dumbell flys squat 3 plates 10 reps all the way down everything was crazy for my weight i wouldnt never gain mass just muscle gaining weight is almost impossible only muscle , btw i can give people a routine in working out but you gotta be deicated and give it your all not just phsyically but mentally , hear me out everypne tha worked out with me pushing them they gained stregth quicker then me being that i sgatrted 22 each side for like 6 reps and got to where i was in 7 months then stopped and got lazy but my fighting strentgth has allways been good just need my muscle meneory weightlifting strength , also dont doubt your genes your more powerful then you THINK you are ,everyone has the powerwithin most dont call for it , meditate aswell i read it give you more nautal hgh and mind-body connection means good genes but your incontrol of subconicous mind powerful meidation knowledge added together adds up to every1 is an einstein and nothing can make me think otherwise hahaha alot of books
 
i gained around 7 pounds in that time frame , and dude i ate a shit ton trust me id ask other people who were gaining mass how much they ate in comparison top me and id eat more , and i weighed like 40 pounds less then them , heres an example my mom eats as mjuch as 3 girls eat and never gets fat stays the same ps she doesnt workout at all 0 nada its the genes id proly have to find the perferct time frames to eat for me personally cuz my metalblism is crazy !!!!

With every new number there is going to be a mental block to getting there, it happened to me on every number I have reached in new size. The hardest for me was going from 8 to 9 inches.
