Hey, gents, new on the site but I've been PEing for a few weeks shy of a year and have gotten a lot of good information here from everyone's posts.

For anyone willing to extend their insight/experience, I have a question regarding stalled gains.

I started PE in August 2017 with a newbie Bathmate/Jelqing/light stretching routine for 30 days, then moved on to a standard 5 day a week BM/jelq routine, gradually increasing jelqs every week or so. My length was fine for me (around 6.75") so my main focus has been girth (only 4.25").

I never really noticed much pump from standard jelqs, but kept using them to improve my conditioning. I was doing 15 min BM 5 days a week, and a few hundred jelqs 3 days a week. By December (4 month mark), I'd gained 1/4" in girth, which seemed great.

By the 7 month mark, I switched to SSJs and noticed a huge increase in post workout pump. Since they were a bit more demanding, I initially split the routine up (5-8 min SSJ in morning 3 days a week, 15 min BM in evening, 5 days a week).

I've been at the point for the last 3 months where I've been using the following routine:

5 Days a Week:
• 10 min warmup with hot towel (same as always)
• 5 min stretch including bundled stretches
• 8 min BM/8 min SSJ/7 min BM (3 days a week)
• 12-15 min BM (remaining 2 days)

*also 100 (5 sec) kegels as often as I can but have slacked on these

I haven't increased the time for the SSJs because any more seems to leave me too fatigued to finish the workout.

In the last few months, while my EQ is still good, random erections are less consistent and, more importantly, I haven't gained any girth at all. So in 7 months, I've seen no improvement in girth whatsoever. Some of this is possibly due to a little stress (new job/pregnant wife), but you'd think in 7 months there'd be some gains.

So my question to the vets out there is do you think a 2-4 week break followed by a newbie routine is the way to go, or do I just need to suck it up and find a better way to condition myself?

Welcome to MOS. Your penis has become well conditioned to the particular pressure you are using while pumping. First of all, if you aren't using the bathmate extreme pump I will suggest you switch over to the bathmate extreme or buy a win vac and mod your current bathmate to increase the pressure.

Secondly, since you have been well conditioned with the bathmate, it's time to pump at higher pressure. Try to differentiate between slight discomfort and pain when pumping. You should pump to the extent where your penis feels as if it wants to explode and stay there doing kegel and reverse kegel.

Also follow the SRT part of the girth routine.

You can start off like this:

8 mins pumping
3 reps of 1 minute SSJ

8 mins pumping
3 reps of 1 minute SSJ

8 mins pumping
3 reps of 1 minute SSJ

Your first 8 mins pumping set can be done with number pressure like you used to do but the second and third set should be done at extreme pressure but dont hurt yourself. Just try to differentiate between discomfort and pain. It is very important to train in super set. Please make sure you read the SRT. It will help you a lot.

I believe other bathmate users with experience will drop some ideas as well.

Lastly, create a progress log in the progress log section of the forum. It will help you stay consistent with your routine and other members will be commenting there and encouraging you.
 
Last thing I would suggest would be to backpedal and take a month off, then do a newbie routine. "Deconditioning" is anecdotal bro science.

Instead, I'd suggest focusing more strongly on gaining girth. Drop the stretches. You don't care much about length, right? 5 minutes a day of stretching is for what? It's not contributing anything. Neither is the hot towel. That's 10 more minutes you could be actually working on girth. Your penis warns up as you train.

Try this for 2-3 months:

10 minutes of Horse Squeezes, 10 minutes of SSJ, 10 minutes of Horse Squeezes.
Once a day, 5 on 2 off.

Make sure every minute is as focused as possibly on maximum expansion.

Horse squeezes are squeezing off at the base while erect, then grabbing your glans and also squeezing it and holding both squeezes for around 30 seconds. Release both grips, re stimulate to max erection, repeat.

I demonstrate a Horse Squeeze in this video. I don't call it such, but I show myself doing it (base and glans squeeze).

Month three, you could look at clamping.

Thanks, man. Happy to be aboard. I always liked coming to MoS since you guys have a ton of knowledge to help out noobs such as myself. I didn't think my current routine was super intense compared to most and was curious if more or less was better.

I have the Hydromax X series. I'll give the Xtreme a look. I've glanced at the SRT but not in depth. I'll study it for sure.

Question regarding the routine: How many days a week do you recommend? I'm currently hitting it 5 days a week w/ SSJs mixed in 3 of those days.

Thanks for advice and video. I'd heard mixed advice about decon breaks and wanted to get some opinions.

I was mainly stretching thinking that the reason for not getting any more expansion might be due to tight tunica. Do you advise not doing a warmup at all? Seeing that squeezes are more intense than traditional jelqs, I thought a proper warmup was needed.

Like I said above, I don't see a need to "warm up". Even when I clamped. Never kept me from gaining. Use your head, push yourself but watch for pushing too hard.

It depends on what your body can take. I train daily and my main focus is length. When I get to my length goal, I will switch my focus to girth.

Warm ups to me were always light stretching, pumping or jelqing. I used to do the whole hot wrap thing and eventually stopped as I saw no point in it. With that said, you should always do a warm down through healing as in SRT. The warm down should be the healing process. SRT gives instruction to healing in both length and girth. Gaining is half the job, healing is the other.

Awesome you have already done some research, I am proud of you. So where I would go from here is SRT 100%, do the whole program and watch thing blow the fuck up!
 
do you enter your BM with as high EQ as possible? is your X30 modded? If no on both, mod your BM and do all your sessions erect...trust me, this will conquer your plateau(s)

lol...in the context that you posted, probably 'veteran' (or vet) would have captured your intent. no worries, English is my primary language and I still struggle :)
