phase one could be 'SRT/8'...6.4 Hemi (funny, I just realized how auto advertising is parallel to PE)

Re: Stalled Gains for Last 7 months

DLD,

Thanks man. It was a lot to get through originally, but the more times I read it the more sense it makes. Truly good stuff. Especially regarding healing/recovery. I very much appreciate it.

Re: Stalled Gains for Last 7 months

Huge-girth,

Thanks for the heads up. I dont use any pills so less masturbation is kind of a necessity for me to keep EQ going since I'm training more frequently and with more intensity.

Quick question, do you recommend doing SSJs each session (EQ depending) or alternating SSJ/Bathmate and Bathmate only days?

SSJ should be done after each pumping set. I do 3 reps of 1 minute SSJ after each pumping set. That's a total of 9 reps of SSJ and each lasting for 1 minute.

Re: Stalled Gains for Last 7 months

Huge-girth,

Good to go. I've been doing them after each pump every session but was wondering if SSJs every day was too much and a day or two of just pumping and that's it would be necessary.

So far, so good though. I think the kegels while in the Bathmate have been helping a lot.

Thanks again.

Awesome that you are using the SSJ, no better companion to the BathMate! I would do both as outlined in SRT.

5 Minutes in the pump at full intensity
5 minutes SlowSquashJelq

5 Minutes in the pump at full intensity
5 minutes SlowSquashJelq

5 Minutes in the pump at full intensity
5 minutes SlowSquashJelq

Done

Yes kegel while pumping is very essential to girth gains and temporary expansion. You will be wasting your session if you don't incorporate manual girth exercises into your daily girth routine.

Re: Stalled Gains for Last 7 months

DLD,

Thanks, brother. I'm working up to a full 5 min on SSJs, but that's the goal. Honestly, nothing has gave me better expansion. I've seen an increase of almost 1/4" when doing SSJs. That exercise has changed the whole game for me. Thanks for the recommendation.

Re: Stalled Gains for Last 7 months

Huge-girth,

Yes, the kegels, I noticed, have given me the ability to expand much more while in the pump and get a few extra millimeters of girth before transitioning to manual work. I've definitely noticed an increase in girth after a session when incorporating them.

Initially, I thought the bathmate was the go-to, and I still think it is essential, but the manual work has brought things to a whole nother level. I am working towards graduating to clamping in a month or so.

You really do not need to graduate to clamping. With the bathmate and SSj, you will keep gaining as long as you are using the right amount of intensity. Clamping is very extreme and dangerous. But you can still do it if you wish.

Re: Stalled Gains for Last 7 months

Huge-Girth,

Thanks for the heads up. I'll definitely keep that in mind.

As far as SSJs, I was unable to find details on forum searches regarding how much downward pressure to apply with the top hand. Is the general consensus basically push down hard enough to see expansion but not so hard it hurts/blood escapes past your gripping hand?

I appreciate the guidance, man.

Yes push the blood inward but not to the extent of causing injuries or pains.

huge-girth,

Seemed pretty common sense. Thanks a lot man, I appreciate it.

You welcome bro.

Hey, gents, new on the site but I've been PEing for a few weeks shy of a year and have gotten a lot of good information here from everyone's posts.

For anyone willing to extend their insight/experience, I have a question regarding stalled gains.

I started PE in August 2017 with a newbie Bathmate/Jelqing/light stretching routine for 30 days, then moved on to a standard 5 day a week BM/jelq routine, gradually increasing jelqs every week or so. My length was fine for me (around 6.75") so my main focus has been girth (only 4.25").

I never really noticed much pump from standard jelqs, but kept using them to improve my conditioning. I was doing 15 min BM 5 days a week, and a few hundred jelqs 3 days a week. By December (4 month mark), I'd gained 1/4" in girth, which seemed great.

By the 7 month mark, I switched to SSJs and noticed a huge increase in post workout pump. Since they were a bit more demanding, I initially split the routine up (5-8 min SSJ in morning 3 days a week, 15 min BM in evening, 5 days a week).

I've been at the point for the last 3 months where I've been using the following routine:

5 Days a Week:
• 10 min warmup with hot towel (same as always)
• 5 min stretch including bundled stretches
• 8 min BM/8 min SSJ/7 min BM (3 days a week)
• 12-15 min BM (remaining 2 days)

*also 100 (5 sec) kegels as often as I can but have slacked on these

I haven't increased the time for the SSJs because any more seems to leave me too fatigued to finish the workout.

In the last few months, while my EQ is still good, random erections are less consistent and, more importantly, I haven't gained any girth at all. So in 7 months, I've seen no improvement in girth whatsoever. Some of this is possibly due to a little stress (new job/pregnant wife), but you'd think in 7 months there'd be some gains.

So my question to the vets out there is do you think a 2-4 week break followed by a newbie routine is the way to go, or do I just need to suck it up and find a better way to condition myself?

Thanks

Any improvement yet brother? if you have been consistently training. I'm sure you would have seen some more growths by now.
