Just surprised. But not really. I've lost a bit of fat pad that kinda tricked me length wise. Girth wise I definitely have more toward the base. Mid shaft and up the gains are marginal. I'm just going to focus on girth for the rest of my planned time with pe. I figured 3 months trying to gain and then do a cementing routine for a while.

I can still say I had gains in nbp, which I'm all over. If I can get the nbp to 8 that would be freaking sweet.

Dunno exactly. Seems to get gradually thicker as I get farther down. Makes sense for all the ring use I guess. By mid shaft the gain is literally equivalent to the improvement to the small amount of muscle.

The Kegel Principle

After one month of testing out large quantities of kegels to see how they might effect gains in pe, I've experienced no increase in length, and a marginal increase in mid shaft and below girth. The actual muscle in the penis now juts out and actually looks pretty bad ass, but other than that, gain wise, it won't jack up your girth to crush the thing for a month. That being said, yea, it's only 1 month.

I'm definitely going to be continuing to work with kegels rigorously. My eq is clearly rising still, and I have to face the possibility that mine may just have been a bit weak. I now view kegels as an essential exercise, and this isn't including how well they have been said to work in a length routine. So far as my girth routine though, it's time to up the ante.

Zero length work. More of what always gives me the best expansion. I always have my highest expansion after [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], during the edging with a ring afterwards. So if I'm following what's leading me, I'm going to do more of that exact circumstance each day. With last month's routine my expansion dwindled between [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] sessions, gradually. By the time I got to the second session my expansion was basically back to normal. So I am thinking I should avoid going back to normal as much as possible.

My routine for next month.


Days On

10 minutea of hard twisted unstretched bundling

45 minutes edging with a ring. Horse squeeze for 30 seconds every 3 minutes. 15 reps, 7.5 minutes total

Basically just using the most effective thing I've used as much as I can. As a secondary objective, I want to try and go for as much erect time as possible throughout the day. That's going to vary, but the goal is just get expansion and hold on to it for dear life.

The Cycle and Kegels

With Monday as the start of the week, 3 days on, 1 light day, 2 days on, 1 maintenance day. Kegels I'm going to try to do a little different. Mondays off, Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday 2 hours,Fridays off, Saturday 2 hours, and Sunday all out. Meaning 4+ hours. Still want to do an hour of hard long kegels and the rest short hard ones.

I have no reason to cut kegels. My nbp is up from them burning my fat pad, my eq is up, and my control has generally improved. I'll stick with doing them at night, for the obvious reasons of not impacting eq for girth work. I'm eager to see how things are after another month of them being done consistently. 4 hours of them, though, just isn't realistic while I'm working on girth. Not daily anyway.


Much Needed Exercise

On the lighter days I'm going to be doing some work on the treadmill, pushups, sit-ups, and squats. I've been out of that game too long and I need to keep things moving forward with that. My routine gave me a nice start, but it's time to go ahead and start some planned fitness improvement. Most likely it'll be multiple sets throughout the day. Shouldn't impact the routine, but it might help me lose more fat pad and get my energy out of the gutter.


So What the hell are you thinking?

Expansion retention. Expansion retention. Expansion retention. Just that. I want a thickening routine. This looks good to me. Kegels will keep boosting eq and add a little definition to the muscle. Of course there's the control boost as well. Pretty straight forward stuff, but simple can be good right?

So that routine is done. Like I said, no length, marginal girth. Seemed like I was getting better expansion before I added the erect stretches. Probably not the smartest move since the aim is girth. Live and learn. I'm going to try the new routine tomorrow, Hopefully 4 weeks of that gives me more solid results.

Well the proportions change. It's a good sign if it looks shorter. Means you got ridiculous expansion. It's like getting a preview of what that girth would look like with your length.

Now somebody invent an exercise that has the same effect for length. Stretching looks so wirey...

29th Consecutive

The new routine is definitely a girth beef cake. By the end of the third session my eq was pretty low though. I'll have to see if spacing it out better helps tomorrow. If not I'll have to tweak. But I had better than ok grip expansion right under the glans early on. So I feel like I'm on the right track. Lots of ideas on how to change it so it's more effective, but I'm going to wait until I see tomorrow.

Unstretched bundling, or lightly stretched tight bundles, are fantastic for girth. I immediately experienced a big difference in the expansion I got out of my ghetto [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. The key is just bundling as tight as I can. And I think even a mild stretch helps a lot as well. Definitely something for me to keep doing. One less thing to wonder about.

The horse squeeze edging sessions added extra expansion, which I was hoping for obviously. For the most part the 3 minutes between reps worked fine. Just that last session kinda didn't work as well. But it was during these earlier in the day that I broke the ok grip expansion under the glans. That's monster level. So I have no reason to drop these either.

Interesting day for me. Looking forward to seeing how I fair tomorrow. Today is the scheduled day from kegels. So I'm going to eat, football, and sleep until it's time to bust the stuff out of my girth.

I've got to guess that 3 sessions in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] a day is just plain too much for me at this stage in the game. My eq just gets pretty dismal after the 3rd session at night. I get to the edge but my eq is too poor at that point to get expansion out of the horse squeezes. That's just no good. So...

I'm dropping the mid day [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] session, bumping the time of each session to 20 minutes, and trying out a mid day set of 15 30 second horse squeezes followed by the usual 30 minutes of edging. The other two sessions will also have the horse squeezes before edging just to take advantage of the expansion a bit more effectively. Hopefully these changes will help address the eq issue. I was doing really well with how heavy my routine was at the end of last month. Guess too much too soon.

On the plus side, I still did plenty of worthwhile work today. My expansion was improved this morning from what I saw the previous morning. The layout was just too much I guess. Seems like the third session was hurting things rather than helping. I may even want to go back to just doing 2 30 minute sessions. Those horse squeezes are a thing of beauty, especially paired with a ring. Really hope taking out the middle [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] makes things go smoothly enough where I can do 3 sets of those at least.

Those unstretched bundles are hitting my ligs like crazy. Seriously have never felt such a thorough burn. Definitely a good point for the routine, and I really don't mind them nearly as much as stretching. Like a total girth support bundle. The lig hits won't do anything for length without other stretching and that obvious tug I take as a definite sign I've twisted enough. Still can't quite get two full twists in yet. Anyone know the record for that?

That's it for day 30. Tough but I learned. I'm off to do kegels and get to bed.

No idea what that is. Googled shaft rings even but nothing really came up. If I can survive what I'm doing now though my expansion is already about the size of my wrist. Really not sure if I'm actually conditioned enough to go much farther at this point and I honestly hope I don't need to go any farther.
