24th Consecutive

Tough day, but successful. It's typical for the dreaded hump. Eq was harder to keep steady. The soreness under the glans made stretching kinda painful. The only new battle was the erect stretches, which took me about 20 minutes, just because my eq got harder and harder to restore. If it really closes the bpfsl/bpel gap it's worthwhile to me.

My dick was pretty dead once I finished all the manual work. That's usually a good sign for me with a routine. Safe for me to say that adding to it would be a fool's errand at this point. Aside from maybe some flaccid work. And even there, the soreness is a bit much to add to. I'm still trying to find a grip that doesn't agitate my frenulum skin during erect stretches. Thinking cotton might be worth a shot. I'll no doubt post about it when I find something.

Also dealing with cramping in my fingers, but in my experience my hands just get stronger until it's not an issue anymore. Seems like stretching is also toning my arms a little. Not sure if that says how well it works or how poor my arms are, but I can say I'm not self conscious about my arms being small or weak. Also losing stomach fat and my pelvis is obviously getting better. My glutes are even shaping back up. And I haven't even started trying to get in shape yet. That's coming as soon as my knees heal, which shouldn't be much longer.

Other than that I'm almost out of words. Kegels and crash, a whole 3 days til measuring. Hasn't been fun, but the impact is apparent on my body at least. Can't wait to see how things stack up on Sunday.

Well it certainly could mean gains. If you were not able to reach the belly button before and now you can then something grew!

Length is mean to me. Really can't seem to eyeball it at all. I've been totally convinced in the past and learned I was wrong so I'm holding out until Sunday. Right now I'm just trying to look at it as peculiar.

It's just wrapped up in an assortment of materials, including a dead charging cable, a neck tie, a few spare cock rings, and some glue. Yea. That's fucking COMMITMENT. Or a statement on how I should be committed. Either way it's holding up for now. There's a small loss of pumping efficacy, so more pumps for the same pressure, but I'll take it as a stop gap for sure.

Watch it somehow break tomorrow.

The much needed light day served it's purpose. My crampy hands are less cramped. My dick isn't super sore under the glans. The excess kegels have the PC fatigued. Expansion was retained. Now I just need to plod through the next 2 days until the maintenance routine. Shouldn't be too hard. I've already done 18 days just like them.

I tried bundling without the stretch with the edging session today. It does feel like it's a palpable concept that's worth doing. Better than nothing. I think it might help me get more rotations in eventually. Maybe not. All I can say for sure is it feels like it works the tunica regardless of the lack of a stretch.

A few minor tweaks will be starting with the second month. I look forward to writing up my updated routine, and probably in greater detail. I get to really see how accurate my hypothesis was a month ago, but no matter what the measurements are, kegels are a huge success.

That's it for now. On to day 26. 2 more days to measurements.
 
The unstretched bundles are a good idea since the target is to hit the tissue diagonally instead of perpendicular. That's how you loosen it up easiest

Yea, I'm not exactly sure what you mean but they do feel like they have a place. I'm really trying to put an emphasis on the little things this time around. It's just one more little thing. Really need the breaks for my hands more than anything. I get cramped up by Wednesday every week.
 
The tissues are like a hashtag when you see it up close so pulling at them diagonally is the easiest way to splay them apart

No, its how you loosen the whole arrangement. If the pulling force is parallel to the fibers then its very tough to open up anything, but through bundles you are placing the force at an angle which splays the fibres better. That's why a jelqing motion is a good pre-fatigue because the 'waves' created beneath the grip are causing diagonal stretching.

26th Consecutive

So I blew the last routine. My eq was unstable and I kept trying to get closer to the edge but I am worn out and I had recently eaten a large meal which is always a pest for my eq. Lost erect stretches for the day, but that's alright. I've done plenty this month and I'll not make the same mistake again.

Expansion was solid, but I'm not getting the same kind of daily difference as I was in the early weeks. Part of it is the erect stretches, and the other part is the rate it was going really doesn't seem sustainable. I am still seeing a difference though, so I can't complain. If there's anything to the matter of rising above the belly button, then it would make a ton of sense.

I guess my consolation prize for the blown edging session, and erect stretches, was better expansion after [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. Not super surprised, since I have observed some displacement with erect stretches. Sort of evens things out. Hopefully moving to the twisted variation will be less disruptive to my girth persuits. But as long as there's still growth that I can see girth wise I think I'll be good with it. Assuming Sunday shows length gains as well.

That's day 26. One more day of the tough stuff and it's measuring time. That, and a follow up on my hypothesis on kegels will be up on Sunday. Just growing the pe column. I'm out. Day off from kegels.

Yeah, I mix it up with erect stretches too. Sometimes I will grab the whole package and stretch like that and sometime I will go shaft only. I think they might be the reason for the sudden boost to bpfsl. I did 20 minutes of them the first day and I've had that extra ever since. I find it hard to believe that one day like that is responsible for a jump like that, but I guess stranger things have happened.

Do it up. Nobody is saying they're not beast.

27th Consecutive

Really rough day but it wound up ok. I am intent on making it a point of emphasis to have zero blown sessions next month. I really have no excuses; I'm way too experienced to be fumbling every week. Today was just icing on that opie ass cake.

I tried out twisted erect stretches today, twice. Once in the morning and once at night and both were 5 1 minute reps. After today I see no reason not to continue doing them twisted. It's actually easier to grip and has a reputation for being superior to standard erect stretches. The only problem is the effect on the girth work, which I'm going to address on Monday.

All the normal stuff is still normal. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] is holding up. Expansion increase from the same times the day before. A bit rough under the glans. Every week is a challenge. The real test is tomorrow around noon, so I can kinda rule out temp expansion from any work I'm doing. That's about 16 hours so I really shouldn't still have anything clouding the measurements. Feel pretty good about my odds.
