Tough day, but successful. It's typical for the dreaded hump. Eq was harder to keep steady. The soreness under the glans made stretching kinda painful. The only new battle was the erect stretches, which took me about 20 minutes, just because my eq got harder and harder to restore. If it really closes the bpfsl/bpel gap it's worthwhile to me.
My dick was pretty dead once I finished all the manual work. That's usually a good sign for me with a routine. Safe for me to say that adding to it would be a fool's errand at this point. Aside from maybe some flaccid work. And even there, the soreness is a bit much to add to. I'm still trying to find a grip that doesn't agitate my frenulum skin during erect stretches. Thinking cotton might be worth a shot. I'll no doubt post about it when I find something.
Also dealing with cramping in my fingers, but in my experience my hands just get stronger until it's not an issue anymore. Seems like stretching is also toning my arms a little. Not sure if that says how well it works or how poor my arms are, but I can say I'm not self conscious about my arms being small or weak. Also losing stomach fat and my pelvis is obviously getting better. My glutes are even shaping back up. And I haven't even started trying to get in shape yet. That's coming as soon as my knees heal, which shouldn't be much longer.
Other than that I'm almost out of words. Kegels and crash, a whole 3 days til measuring. Hasn't been fun, but the impact is apparent on my body at least. Can't wait to see how things stack up on Sunday.
