Yea, I like to do one at max pressure and one going in flaccid with way less. Keeps me from turtling. Doesn't hurt the plumpy girth feel either. I think there's some tricks around here to get rid of retention.

You don't want to go full bore twice though. Might rip your shit from the inside out. Lol

Never thought about using edging as a way to combat retention, very cool idea. I am going to try to get some retention tonight and see how the edging goes after. Thanks for posting, a new idea is very cool.

I had a lovely day off of dealing with a light rash type deal around the base. Presumably from the ring I use as an adcr. Basically just wanted to get rid of the soreness, and I think that's been managed. Just didn't wear the ring all day and used a vitamin e aloe vera based lotion. I talk those up a lot for a reason. Any actual pain is gone. To keep it from happening again

II found a thin grippy towel that I can put between the ring and my skin. Feels a lot better than raw rubber all day, and actually keeps the area warm all day. Meaning my flaccid is a bit nicer than it should be and heat makes for a nice catalyst for cementing gains. At least, so far as I've read anyway.

I'm starting with the new routine as outlined. Maybe throwing in some time with the heating pad after each routine if I have time. Anything to help keep things plump. It is a side goal to kind of get a bigger flaccid, so hopefully that encourages that. I've been wanting a better flaccid since pretty much forever, so...

This is about as all out as it gets for me. 3.5 hours a week [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], 10.5 hours a week cock ring edging. 2 hours 55 minutes of bundled stretching. Aiming for 20 hours of kegels a week. So 46 hours, 55 minutes a week of willpower taking exercise. A full time job worth of it. And it really shouldn't be overkill. I really don't expect a gainless month out of this. But nobody ever really does. We shall see.
 
Had a terrific day of the routine. Always going to hate manual stretching, but I don't want to miss any potential synergy. I feel like I have a pretty good idea of why my routine would work, if it does. I've used similar mechanics to get a nice girth boost without bundles or kegels. I'd have to figure a routine featuring those should work better, but I'm not making any assumptions about how much. Measuring in 27 days. Make adjustments from there.

I went for 4 hours of kegels after my routine but after 2 hours it really wasn't doing anything when I kegeled. Probably should have expected that. I'm sure that's good though, especially with the kegels I'm doing during the routine and I like to do a long hard one after edging so the ring comes off easier. Maybe tomorrow will be easier. Maybe not. That's why I log, keep track of my adjustments.

I'm using the Viagra as a boost for now, at a much lesser dose. Kinda figuring my pc muscle should be in good enough shape to not need or really benefit from them by the time I'm out. Just makes things a little easier for now. I guess I could go without but I like the eq boost for [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] at least. Not like I need or want them for sex, so girth work seems like a practical use while I try and beef up them pelvic muscles.

And I guess that's it for now. On to the next day.
 
Well today was a struggle and a half. Every edging session went bad. I have to guess that's got a little bit to do with the pc muscle being a little worn out, which is what I'm going for but damn. I did see a good deal of expansion for most of the day regardless. My flaccid is hanging as girthy as my erect state normally does so that's good. Just should have been a lot better.

Kegel section of the routine is underway and it is tough. It's literally exhausting just to do the hard kegels for 20 minutes, but they're kegels. I want them to get super easy and for all the fun tricks to get a lot less demanding. I'm sure it will help if I keep it up. I just kinda wish I had been doing them all along. Never even minding the potential to gain, all those tricks and an erection that literally throbs, which I haven't experienced since like 8 years ago, is just plain too much advantage for a sentient being to pass up if they think about it.

I really need to look into the wrapping techniques for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words]. The most uncomfortable portion of my routine is the stretching, which isn't a surprise but my hands are getting crampy. Between that and holding the ring deep into the fat pad, it's kind of a bitch on the fingers. Using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] would really cut down on that if I can figure out how to wrap and get it on. Anyone find a gainless, easy, idiot proof way of doing that yet?

Well I finished up day 3. Went much better than yesterday but I have about the same expansion. I woke up with a nice amount of expansion in a spell of morning wood. Don't usually get that so I get to credit that to kegels. Bundles got a bit tougher today, so I think I'm going to trim a little more off tomorrow than I was planning. Just want to make sure I can do the big days fresher.

I'm going to shoot for two hours again today. Probably move up a half hour per week until the 4 weeks are over. Then actually do the 4 hours as I originally intended. Definitely feeling pretty weak today and could really use a day away from all the kegels. Just means progress in my book. Nice and sore all the way around.

Tomorrow is the first light day where I do less than half the work and no unnecessary kegels, but will probably still see some expansion. The hope is just that my PC muscle rests well and that the soreness goes down enough for another two days before the maintenance day. It's been a tough bitch but the third day on is probably going to be the toughest on a regular basis.

So run of the mill daily update complete. On to day 4, the first light day.
 
Don't become inundated with bundles, they really only need to occupy 5-10 minutes prior to Length or Girth. It is a simple exercise that will allow you to gain much faster but 10 minutes will do.

Yea, I stick to two ten minute sessions and 2 5s. I'm really not super interested in length training. It's just to bust up my tunica for all the girth stuff. I'll take a tenth if it comes though. :)

Day four was a nice enough break. Just two 5 minutes of standard directional bundles, two rounds of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], and one session of edging with a ring mid day. My expansion still got boosted a bit more by just that much, so I think this will be my routine light day. Zero unnecessary kegels. So my PC should be well rested at least.

I'm going to bundle in one direction on light days to try and correct my little bit of tilted dick. I may also try incorporating the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] twists but I'm really not sure how my nuts are going to like that. Maybe if I put the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] on slightly tilted and hold my balls a little in that direction I can pull that off. Would be nice to see that get back to normal. It's been a while.

Other than that, nothing new or interesting. Constantly fine tuning as usual. But that's day four's update. Back to the grind for day 5.

You are correct that it hurts to unwind it XD. I would use a bit of lube if trying that, but idk really. I think the best you could use is tunica transformers only grip from the base. I imagine its gonna hurt the first times as you get used to the movement, and you tunica becomes more flexible.

Ha-ha, no... I hate manual stretching waaaay too much to bother with more than that. I get crampy as it is. Like I said, if I want more length I can just lose weight to show off more of what's there. The real hunt is girth.

So I had a pretty successful day 5. Slightly more expansion at my peak which is usually right after the morning routine. I don't really check at night but I really appreciate it when I am able to see a difference in pump at different times of day. Helps me stay motivated.

I think Viagra sucks for edging. All it seems to be doing for me is making it harder to not slip and have to do a slammer style maneuver to avoid completely blowing the session. I did two sets without having to use that trick and two that I seriously couldn't edge like normal. The two sets that were tough were the ones closer to a dose of Viagra. I'm going to try again tomorrow but I think if I can't get to my good spot for edging I'm going to drop it and just deal with it. I really don't think it's helping my eq anyway. And I can't say I have an ounce of trouble getting up. Just another way I'm weird maybe.

Speaking of weird, my CRandtowel thing hasn't been mentioned here yet, and I've started doing a mild form of wrapping with it. It's just my usual full scrotum ring holding a hand towel in place over the whole package. I originally did it because of some ding rash but that's gone and I'm going to continue to use it as a mild wrap because I figured out I can rig it to keep my head out of my foreskin, which adds to my flaccid hang a good inch, which is pretty sweet. It also keeps me a little warm which is potentially a huge benefit with healing. Fact is, it's an improvement on a tactic I'm using anyway. Seems dumber not to.

So that's day 5s notes. Always changing something a little bit. I'm off to do my kegels and crash. And then on to day six. The last day before a day that's actually easy.
 
Why don't you chop the pills into smaller pieces? Maybe if you crushed one of them, and just put a little bit of the powder under your tongue it will hit you different?
