It seems that the lig press stretches are starting to lose their efficacy. The same old approach to it doesn't hit as hard. I am going to try a few things to get the intensity back up, but this is probably bound to happen as I make gains. Almost like it's kinda tapped out for gains.

At least if I find there is no more point to them the bundled stretches still feel effective. Maybe I will have to start doing lig presses during those. And make more use of the full rotation bundles. Seems like it could be a good way to evolve the routine. Just do more rotations as needed.

It's a little concerning but now I have a plan. I can just make half rotation take the place of no rotation, full rotation take the place of half, and start 1.5 rotation in place of the full. Maybe I'll be conditioned for 3 bundles in the end after all. I always thought that sounded crazy. Bundles are cool.

I freaking love the pump I get from these things. Always makes it look a little stout. I know better than to think that now. But wow what a batch of extra beef.

Maybe I will actually make a pic of the full effect of the little girth work I've been doing. I think the comparison might shine a little light on just how good these things combine. Plus it's huge looking and who wouldn't want to share that?

I can't believe I'm still doing this. I started in mid July last year with an eye on getting my girth huge. And the sad part is my nbp is still not as good as it was at 7.5. I can see myself doing something with pe indefinitely. Like 10 minutes of stretching and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] twice a day is probably a permanent fixture. Even after weight loss and specifically getting back to under a half inch fat pad. Until then my bpel is just a number that only I can really appreciate.

I'm going through my usual pre measurement phase where I feel like I haven't made any progress at all. I really don't like how that keeps happening. Maybe the girth throws me off. I really don't know, but it makes me nuts every time I think about it.

So I guess I should just get back to doing something about it.

I actually bought 3 weights that total 4.8 pounds. It's going to depend on how well I can secure it, but I like the idea of weights better than the way I was doing extending. Seems like it would give more consistent tension. If I can wrap my head around affixing it...

Good fatigue today. Has been very productive in getting away from measurement anxiety. Particularly noticing how far down my thigh the flaccid stretches go. I'm 6 feet tall and I get a noticeable amount farther than halfway down my thigh. Very neat observation for me.

Skin burn seems to be pretty intense by the end of the day. I'm looking into a few home remedies for it to make it less so. If it's any good I'll be sure to share. Bundled stretches are definitely wonderful for length gains, so no matter what, the discomfort is totally worth it.

My weights arrive tomorrow night, so the odds are I am going to troubleshoot keeping it on tomorrow and really start using it on Thursday. I really like the idea so hopefully it doesn't take too much fussing with. I will nearly definitely write more on that as the situation develops today.

So I have been dealing with the post shave stubble today. It goes up a fair amount my shaft so bundles seriously feel like fire right now. I don't really care though, I know how good bundles are so there's no chance I'm stopping.

So I've got my new weights. As I suspected, they're a bit wider than you could possibly need off the bat(har har). So I made the inside diameter as small as I think I need it by wrapping gauze around it. It took multiple layers but it is now small enough to grip three fingers very strongly on it's own. The odds are that may be too tight, so I will have to fiddle with it for a while, but I at least have a plan.

Once again thinking how useful a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] could be. I can imagine this being a complete non issue. I guess I'll have to see if I have any luck in the tank.

That's a monstrous amount of weight capacity for what it's designed for. What originally got me interested was the high capability for expressive stretching. Then I started to understand the impact it could have on bundled stretches. For such a simple looking device it really seems to have some serious versatility.

Like you guys reinvented the hand.

This is how the "light" day is going to work this week.

One set of my stretching routine early, one later, the usual [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] edging warm down, and the rest of the time figuring out how to keep this weight attached with a limited supply of common household supplies. I need to figure out a definitive way to handle this by Monday.

I've come to the conclusion that this recent time away from extending has really just been a transitional period. I am officially recommitting myself to the idea of another 2 months of 8 hours a day extending as of Monday. However the hell it has to happen. I didn't put in all this time and energy to get screwed out of the best possible routine I can do, so screw it. None of this has been easy and I've managed to persevere through it. Why stop now?

My girth is back to it's lovely ridiculous self. Without all the chapping and dryness my girth sessions are fun again. And watching the elephant trunk flop out after [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] is damn gratifying. Really can't say enough about that device. I definitely wouldn't have expected me to be using a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penis pump[/words] in my lifetime, but that thing is a monster.

I'm back to expecting no new gains, even though my nbp is definitely around 7 again. Doesn't look it because of the girth but it is. My dick looks average on me. Which should be fine because I'm not average sized. But who would settle for average when they know they can have more?

This really has been an interesting experience that has shown me a lot about myself. I have no quit in me and I'm proud of that. I will succeed or die trying, and that's just how it is. Aside from a bigger dick, that's the best takeaway I get from this experience. That alone is absolutely worth it.

So I just did one big session today. Think I wanna stick with that idea because it felt awesome in the sense of making gains. Wrapping up every day like that would just feel right. We'll see how it effect the rest of the work, but I'm thinking 3 sets twice a day and finishing with a round of 4 sets and my warm down every day.

A set is 4 bundled fulcrums straight out left right up and down for 15 seconds
4 unbundled fulcrums same way
4 30 second straight out full rotation bundles with whatever tricks my dick can handle, like dlds double tunica stretch or a Mandingo. This part is a work in progress.

So doing 10 sets a day seems like it would have a satisfaction guaranteed. I am hoping to also use the weights I got for several hours. Rest of the week is all about figuring out the best way to do that for longer durations. Other than that I'm really going to dig into wrapping for my overnight wasted time.

My lone workout felt great today. Girth work went perfect and the pump is just crazy. Really glad I tried it that way today.

I too love long intense workouts, this is how I made the gains I have. Some men get too fatigued but not me, I can train for hours on end. Good to see you having such good results with this type of training.
 
Well my insomnia has me back on my rollercoaster. And not of love (say what). I've dealt with this the whole way through so it's not a huge deal to me. Just annoying as hell. Before anybody jumps in with all the wonderful things that help you retain a sleep schedule, I have to warn you, I've tried it all a lot more than once.

I'm trying the new approach to the sets. 3, 3, and 4. Making a total of 10 that used to be 8. Definitely feels more progressive to me. I'm starting to see a little more give with rotations of bundles. I would be a bit surprised if that weren't a good sign. I've really only had 2 months of length gains, and I'm doubtful before every measurement. I wouldn't even venture a guess as to what the ruler will tell me on Sunday.

I just did some edging, because whatever it's late, and I don't think I actually remember how big it used to be. I don't think it actually registered with me that I'd have no real clue if I have made gains because I've watched it change so slowly. Between that and the fat pad it's pretty much worthless for me to guesstimate. So with that awareness I am going to try to let go of eyeballing a little bit. All it does is add confusion. I've got a good routine. I'd be surprised to have not climbed at all.

In regards to the skin burn, I am pretty sure the irritation from it was causing turtling. I have started back up with vitamin e, aloe vera lotion and there's virtually no irritation and the turtling has stopped. It was a little better just from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] sessions but it's now hanging much better even before that. That stuff is seriously great for pe. I'd recommend it to anyone.

So Monday I am starting the last 2 month plan I am going to have for length. Maybe I will still incorporate the tucking I've been doing at night, or maybe I will stick with using a ring during sleep. After a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] I usually maintain about 6 inches bpfl. So it's not like it's not helpful.

After that two months the plan is the same. Slowly remove [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words] and then slowly remove stretches until it's one set in the morning and one set at night. If I continue to gain through most of that process so be it, but that's the plan. I can't wait to get back to edging like a lunatic for girth. Totally on the horizon now.

We're just not squeemish about a little intensity. Those are always the best kinds of sessions. Leaves little doubt you're making an impact. After that one time I've decided to make that the normal finale. Just not as good the other way.
