Excellent advice! Brothers need to realize that giving time to the past or future destroys their energy in the now. The past and future do not exist, they never will....when someone can hand me my past or future and I can measure it I will subscribe to it. But I can accomplish anything in the now, a forever moment that strings together like a sheet of music.

I guess I have a slight upward curve. I don't think anything I'm doing would just create that effect, so maybe it was always there and all the kegals are unveiling it. That's really weird.

I also discovered I'm pretty close to as long as the space between my elbow and wrist. I have to admit that's a bit intimidating. It's definitely a solid inch or more shorter, but that definitely opens up my head a little on what my dick actually looks like to a girl. I'm betting I would be pretty close to the classic forearm comparisons they do in adult entertainment with my fat pad back to normal levels.

I'm also starting with some weighted training. A vest and ankle and wrist weights. If extending is going to keep me off the treadmill then I might as well try burning up fat with some serious old school methods. Kinda reminds me of watching dragon ball z as a kid. Training like a saiyan.

I've finally decided what to do with kegals. I'm going to do 15 minutes of long steady holds during the heating pad warm ups and warm downs. Then I will do a set of 200 quick kegals before each stretching session. Not super fast. The full squeezes. Then one more set before the edging and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] marm down. 1000 solid squeezes a day and a half hour of relentlessly tiring out the PC muscle with hard long holds.

My latest version of my current routine.

15 minutes warm up with heating pad, long hard held kegals.
200 full squeezes
One set of the stretching routine.
2 hours 40 minutes [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with heating pad
Repeat last 3 steps to a solid 8 hours of extending.
After last set of stretching, 15 to 30 minutes edging with a ring, 10-20 on, 5 off. 15 minutes [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] (going to try twist correction).
Loose ring on for all down time.
Warm down, 15 minutes with heating pad with long hard kegals.
Rest of the time alternate between heating pad and lazy ass stretch.
Over night, in place of wrapping, hold entire scrotum between the legs.

That's 3 on 1 off. I'm figuring off days will just be 3 sets of the stretching routine throughout the day and wrapping while using the heating pad. If it winds up being too much I will just take out the mid day stretches. I don't think it will be. Throttling a routine like that seems to do well for me. Maybe I will even take every other off day down to just wrapping and heat. See if I can't take advantage of both ideas.

Not sure about the ratio on the lazy ass stretch. I know it's primary function is a flaccid length exercise but I think it's not a bad idea for [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words]. The overnight scrotum hold is pretty similar in it's premise. They both feel a bit more active than wrapping, which is the only reason I'd really do either one over it. Definitely seems like it would be more effective for passive ligament work. Not sure about the ratio with the LA stretch and heating pad though. My first thought is something like 10 minutes heating pad and 20 minutes LA stretch.

So yet another positive out of the involuntary break, I have had time to tweak a few specifics. Now let's see if I can't top 9 inches over these last 3 months of extending.
 
Doesn't look like my BPFSL is shorter. If anything it's a little more. Looks like I was all bent out of shape over nothing.

Seems like things are a little deconditioned as well. Stretching causes soreness sooner than it did before. Maybe it was literally a good thing. Still adding another week for good measure. Don't want to feel like I cheated here. Definitely so much less distressed over it.

Stay committed, hit your goals. Your staying positive and that's the right attitude bro. You're gonna gain more, even it if means one extra week, in the grand scheme, it's nothing.
 
Positive thinking or not, I now am hosting a huge blister because of this damn [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I think I am done with it. But that means I need to fill the void with something less. Which sucks, but between all the peeling and now this half inch high eruption from the head of my dick, I'm officially declaring this thing not safe and too much of a hassle for even myself to bother with.

Going with wrapping with heat. Not as good, but I will probably add some more stretches. Maybe just some extra straight bundled stretches. No way I'm up for another one of these.

But obviously ruling out [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] until it heals. Still ok to stretch, but oye. What a crap week. I guess it's fine. Never liked the thing and always felt like it wasn't doing much of anything. Now I just don't care.
 
I already have a new planned out routine.

5 times a day,
4 bundled Mandingo, 4 unbundled with lig press, 2 30 second bundled stretches straight out.
Rest of the day wrapped with heat and LA stretch.
Warm up and warm down unchanged. Kegals unchanged. Cycle unchanged with one light day every fourth day and one off day wrapping with heat every eighth day.

All I'm losing is the slow and painful part. If I can't make gains doing this then I am out of luck.

This should never be the case. When gains are not happening changes need to be made and those changes are infinite in how that can be put together. There are cases where some guys can't gain unless they only train once a week, other times it is because they are overstraining. Some equipment is good for some men while maybe not for others. Certain exercises and frequency of exercise can be the reason. Please, never quit, always come back to your Brothers and we will make sure you gain!
 
Seems like my gross new friend is all dried up. It's not pretty, but it looks like it kinda ruptured on it's own, which at least saves me a really nasty experience. Still not exactly thrilled but at least my junk seems to heal very quickly.

I have decided to still do a measurement tomorrow, but I'm not expecting anything. I've also decided, due to a lack of options, to give extending another go just to finish out the cycle I'd set out for. I am just going to be more careful with heat and see if a different lotion will be better. For some reason, medicated doesn't seem like a good fit for pe. Tingling and just odd like chap stick. Odds are I will consider boosting it to 6 more weeks due to the down time before I get to the planned step down. Unless the freaking thing bites me again.

The only thing that really seems variable is I used a different lotion that felt odd. I have applied heat for hours on end with nothing but expansion and pain relief. Other than that I really don't know. I've done so much work with all this and not had any injury and then in the past week I strain a lig and get a blister. I think I am going to have to look at how I do things and see what is too much. My body is usually pretty good at "dude, wtf" s so maybe I aught to listen when my heart drops and my mind goes "enough already jack ass".

Another day or two and I'm back to it. Suck it nasty ass blister hellspawn.

So I waited almost a full four weeks to measure and while I did gain it is less than a quarter inch. I expect a part of the slower pace to be because of the unwanted break and now a lessened routine sapping the momentum I had going. Still, a little is better than nothing. It occurred to me that I really just don't want to go back under 8 bpel. I might be fine with a little more length, but priority 1 is to keep the 8x6 at or above 8x6.

My flaccid girth was pretty close to 5 today. I could tell because I tested it out with the same type of roll. It concerned me until I got an erection. It actually surprised me a little. Regardless, I'm sure once I get back to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] I'm sure the flaccid will get back to what I'm used to.

I tried bundling at a full rotation straight out. Crazy stuff. Definitely feels like a powerful stretch that I'm going to have to use for the last stage of extending. Hits the tunica like all the other work seems to hit the ligs.

So despite the tough luck it looks good for getting to 8.5 at least by the time I get to my maintenance routine. Which really should keep me in limbo between gaining and regressing. Very close to 7 nbp with all my extra fat, so I may soon see the day where my nbp is higher than ever with a fat pad that is really up there for me. It'd be nice to get in one flawless month of the full routine before the end, just to see how good this routine is. Can't help but wonder what I'd have without the set backs.

So another update on the blister, it wasn't just a blister, the area of the head in the cap was severely dried out and sore. My guess on the reason, menthol was hiding in the lotion. It makes a lot more sense now that my restart was so bizarrely uncomfortable and destructive considering that one little variation. I have had a difficult time finding a vitamin e aloe vera lotion consistently available at a reasonable price, so I guess it was inevitable I picked one out that did harm. I'm going to have to figure one out that I can find regularly.

Had a nice chunk of head skin peel off today. Really disgusting stuff when you have to do that. So half of my head has fresh skin available. The other half is still a bit bruised looking from the blister. I don't think it's actually bruised and it's just how the blister is going about it's business in cleaning up after itself. None of this has actually been painful. Just annoying because of how obvious a hindrance it is. I expect to be back in business on Monday considering the rate is healing.

In the down time I have been doing about what I expect the maintenance routine to be. Figuring out exactly how I'm going to go about it once I don't have this in the way. Really like the full bundles and lazy ass and holds between the legs for passive methods. Keeps my flaccid a little under 6 nbp. Which is cool by me. The full rotation bundles are difficult but feel great. Everything else at least crushes the ligs well enough so I expect to do a few less reps of those. Probably a smart idea for avoiding another strain.

I really like having a place to write all this down where nobody can stumble onto it. There's so many details that would probably get my family thinking I'm a complete freak show. It helps me get all the thoughts out of the intangible space in my head. Helps keep the peace.

That would make sense, the blister where there was skin but when it reached the head is was not able to blister so it bruised.
 
I don't know if this is going to heal by tomorrow. Seems to still be draining. If not I have a plenty adequate routine to start tomorrow. Sure as hell not extending with a wound like that.

Really grossing me out. The bubble is gone and now there's just a draining wound. Really on the fence about even considering extending again. There's no pain it's just so damn nasty. Maybe if there's no scarring but it doesn't look good right now. It's really annoying bouncing back and forth like this.

Maybe I should just set a goal...

Doesn't bother me nearly as much. Really makes me in a bad mood. If it were just hitting the bathroom for 20 minutes 4 times a day and heating and tucking my dick I really could just do that for however long I needed to.

Maybe I should commit to that for a month and determine my goals from there. I'm 8 and 3/16. That's not bad at all. But I think 8.5 is the minimum considering my original lofty goals. That'd be a solid inch longer.

I really need to learn some patience.

No, one spot swelled up and retained fluid like a blister. It leaked out the plasma when it decided to open. I have a few pics I can post whenever I unload my phone onto the computer. Not super clear images but I'm sure everyone will get the point.
