Might need to get a bigger remote after this month.
I really think the weekly days off are doing good for me. I think there's a certain point of soreness where it's not helpful to push through anymore. Much like how I suspect I was over training girth, I think there's possibly a pique time to take a day off. I'm still not fully recovered from the high stress routine. Not sure if I want to be though. Really don't think I have enough time left to really draw a solid conclusion, but I am going to give it a go.

No more details. I'll have a heart attack.
doublelongdaddy;635189 said:Just a little more infoIt was not all bad, when my penis healed I had gained .25" in length from the frenulum no longer constricting head to shaft length.
Longth;635205 said:That's an odd result, but I guess it makes sense. Least worth it quarter inch I've ever heard of though.
Why not make it an official exercise? You can call it something like "the butcher" or "the Michael Moore".

Anyone want to chime in on how badly this will effect my gains? I haven't been able to do anything, but I still had a little soreness as of last night. So I guess the hope is I was forced into healing time I needed but really didn't want.
The answer I'm thinking is some people see gains from breaks like this due to just needing time to heal, or overtraining. Others might loose some, but are generally able to gain it back quickly. More still aren't effected at all. Anyone who actually loses due to a 3 day interruption is probably doing poorly in the luck department.
Don't know if that's exactly right but I feel like I'm doing piss poor in the luck department.

It is no use feeling badly about your time away, it is much better to see it as a decon break. Many men, after deconditioning find themselves gaining much faster then when there training previously. Also remember that a good attitude is far better than a negative one.

Longth;635637 said:Taking a day off isn't a bad thing. You have to be able to reward yourself for the hard work you put in and not feel bad about it. But yea, 2 weeks might be a little too much rewarding for pe, unless you've been at it for years maybe.
shortdick;635641 said:i was just thinking about all of the years and the time i have invest in PE,and how i have been living whit a self sabotage behaviour, its quite terrible because now that i feel i may want and need gains there is not much,Is so sad and devastating but excuses will never end,Kill the skepticism and gains should show....
