My sleep is being a bastard again but I am definitely getting back to my usual self. Like the freaking seasons I swear sometimes. So I guess I'm at the tail end of winter waiting on spring to start. I'm glad I didn't go into anymore detail here than I did. Not proud of complaining. Just got knocked out of reason for a short time.
I think I'm going to try 20 minutes of stretching right at the base for a solid expressive stretching deal. Probably 12 hours of work a day and a ring overnight. Sounds like a lot but I'm not going for fun, I'm going for fast hard earned gains I can cement with a lesser routine for a few months. My fat pad has decreased slightly so I've got a decent 7nbp. The goal is 9bpel and getting there as quickly as humanly possible. Really depends on how well I respond to it.
