Fatigue from hanging. I haven't hung in almost 2 years. My body won't jump right back in but it still remembers where it was though. I also workout right after work. I messed my knee up bad when I tripped and landed on a rock in February. I haven't worked out until this week, so my body has to get accustomed to everything.

I use the boner theory as a Fatigue reference. If i wake up hard, I can train hard, wake up soft, I train lighter. It's a point of reference that tends to work well for many people. You'll be able to know if you'll have one or not and sometimes your body surprises you. You get these things when you have more time under your belt. Train smart then train hard brother.
 
The other day my body surprised me because I did lots of girth, and woke up with crazy swole wood. Painful from the soreness too brahs!


But how do you encourage morning wood is what I was trying to find out sun.
 
Haha that's your body's decision man. Girth work usually drops boner-ability. But as you see, everybody is different. Hanging always gives me ragers, then it stops if I do to much. It's pretty much hit or miss man. Do your kegels all day, get your PE done and stay positive and horny. If I don't jack it for a day or 2, I can't roll over in bed. The tightness and soreness is via your dick wanting to be at that new stage of growth but the tunica, skin or etc., is holding it back and then you get that hurt feeling going. The tunica tends to be the limiting factor. Don't jerk it for a few days and you'll see you get one almost every morning. But who wants to do that lol.

Morning wood either happen or not. I rarely wake with an erection, when I do I post it but it is rare. This is the case for many men. Morning wood does give a good indication that you are good for some more girth work. The only thing that would effect morning erections in the sense that they would happen consistently would be take some Viagra half way through the night and you will wake with an erection daily, weekly, monthly and yearly:)
 
Can't consider the viagra, the prices on Aren't up and the amount you get went down to much. Used to be 80+80 but then they see how good it got and now you get like 20 or something. I know splitting them saves more but my body needs a whole pill with all the supps I take. I burn through a half pill in 15 min. I can get in 2 orgasms in that time. It's the exact same if I don't use it, just that shorter refractory period. Only like a minute but if I keep up with my PE, it's the same. I choose not to use it since I really don't need it. Yet anyways.😄
 
1 set at 20lbs for 20 min and then 1 set with the 45 lbs doing raises followed by 10 min with the 20 lb. I did as many mandingo stretches for the tunica as I could throughout the day to stay extended with my sleeve on all day as well.
To tired from squats to do anything this morning.
 
That's ok brahs I'll try the nofap method for increased woodies. But I'm sure girthing has something to do with it as well, I'll keep a closer eye on my cak from now on :/ *Noob*
 
I woke up with half wood, I feel half good :) I guess this is good news since my libido has been waning. Last night I was able to get a massive erection which also increased my confidence in my libido issues. I did talk to my doctor and she feels the medication I am on os the best as far as lack of sexual side effects. After hearing that it snapped me out of my libido funk. Anyway, back to edging and improving my orgasms.

Nothing this morning since I had to take the car in for a recall. Had my sleeve on all morning though.

With how you are training I might suggest a peak through this thread: Pyramid Hanging Sets....they are kind of like what you are doing but in reverse. It may make sense to use lower to higher weight and then higher to lower on an every other day basis. There is also some additions to that link.
 
And if that doesn't work you can stretch your scrotum to where it looks like a bat wing, and just fly off.
