Wow I'm hyped for this now. Am now close to cementing my 5 3/4 girth after a month and hopefully it does stay.
 
Still no camera but have been doing UJST "Uncle Jim's Strap Method" for six hours with 5 minutes of Mandingo stretches. Best pull I've felt in years. Just finished last 8 X 1 min. holds an going into pump. Almost exact same routine for past week. I am feeling quite stretchy now. Gonna do Mr. Clizer's method than wrap for the night. Thanks.
 
Been keeping pretty good progress. Just have to keep with the routine and not stop like I've aleays done. Saturday was a rest day and still maintaining my small but frequent sets throughout the week. I gotta say the stretch is really pulling the inside out and that's what it feels like. Very good feeling. Thanks.
 
Is it the mandingos that are giving you the good stretch? When I've done them I never felt that much from the pulling of my wrist towards me. Maybe I do them wrong?
 
That was the same with me. I didn't feel anything either than I just stopped them. I tried in the bathroom at work one day and I just did four sets but felt it pulling out and that never happened before. I can't explain what changed but now I.feel them every set up to 6, after that it gets too fat to twist. I just make sure I'm completely flaccid, twist and pull. I also found that while maintaining the hold, I push down hard and I get a hard pull on my ligs which is like the kettle bell hang. This is what I did. I made sure I stood straight, pants and drawers at ankles, slid skin back, grabbed under head, twisted and levered wrist up. That's all. I just closed my eyes, took a deep breathe, relaxed everything and pulled slowly until at max. I pictured it all pulling out in my head and do it every time. That's it. Breath, relax, picture it and pull. Try to relax everything and just have fun. Don't make it a battle, just have fun.
 
Also, I'll sway back and forth to get a harder pull and different feeling. Just keep trying and you'll get it don't worry too much or you'll go crazy.

just search for it or read through all the threads. That's what i did to learn everything I know. Plus it gives me more motivation to keep going. It's just using an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap to wrap your penis and keep it in its extended shape. It's for making your flaccid size match your erect size over time. Look it up and see thatDLD made a thread telling how to wrap it but I start at the top instead of at the bottom. That's just my way andyou'll make your own way too.
 
Gotta say I'm loving UJSM and the Mandingo stretches. I'm already hanging longer and so much more stretchy. Got in 8 hrs UJSM and 3 quick 10 min sets of Mandingo Stretches at work. Now doing my pumping for further expansion. Thanks.

Missed alot. Real busy so here it goes.
2/12 Got two seperate routines of pump work in the morning and at night with a few sets of mandingos. No UJSM.
2/13 8hrs of UJSM with as many mandingos as I could along a pump routine.
2/14 Got 9Hrs of UJSM with some mandingos throughout the day. Got some love time in as well. Did 14 sets of chest work along with 10 sets of tricep work.
Today I left my wrap at home so no UJSM and was swamped with so no mandingos either. Very sad. Gonna wait a bit and get a good stretch routine along with pump work to make up for lost time. Thanks.
 
Crap of the gods my son broke my ruler and I didn't get a tape measure so guess what? I'm not measuring. I'll go tomorow to get both along with a camera to get this all because I wanna see and know. I'm very impatient and this is gonna piis me off. Sorry.

Had stepdaughter this weekend with a 3 day weekend since it was a holiday. Few sets of mandingos and jelqs since I had no privacy. Today I was able to get two sets of mandingos and now enough rest so back to fighting the war on length. HAHAHA.
 
Did good yesterday. Got 8hrs of UJSM and two different sets of mandingos. Got home and had a good 40 mins of mandingos, warmed down and beat it like step child. Slacked on the pump due tenderness so warmed down. Today was the same as before, 8 hrs and two different mandingo sets. Gonna pump now and rest.Thanks.
