I notice that the head of my penis is very sensitive to touch and it takes me like 5 minutes to get to erect size to start my workout(girth). Is this a sign of over training or this is normal, and my penis will adjust to the stress...and also because I am black, I can't see no red spots on my tool( so I don't know if I am over training)..Thanks in advance DLD
