Those are veins starting to become more vascular that’s exactly what you want to see.

To find the movement simply push the flow of urine next time you take a piss. Obviously do not need to be pissing when you do this but this will show you the muscle movement. Now that you have found the muscle movement you will want to use this every time you stretch or do any links work. To understand why this is necessary and how well it works simply look through DLD blasters. This exercise will show you just how valuable the RK is when training length.
 
I find this difficult to understand. Do you grip under the base or you push with your opened palm heel ?
one hand ok grip on the base, the other hand on the top of the penis to "roll it" towards the ok grip. can be done toward ok grip or away.also if you're a beginner I'd advise you to stay away from this exercise
 
why should beginners stay away?
because this girth exercise is intense and requires conditioning first,if you jump right into doing ssj's with little experience in pe it could result in an injury. plus why exhaust an advanced technique now? when the basics stop working,move up to more advanced higher intensity exercises

Is it possible to pull out inner part of penis while performing ssj? Im planning to do just ssj as a routine along with bundle stretches to pre-stretch tunica?
I feel like it is possible to make a variation of ssj that pulls out inner penis out, because once when I was on a routine I was in reverse grip and I slightly bent my penis downwards and after couple reps I had huge susp lig popped out. Dld whats your opinion ?

Thats exactly what Im doing, pushing max deep into pbone and trying to grasp as much as possible while kegeling blood into shaft.
My last session was very productive because I used my jelq cream, with moistured skin I was able to push even more into pbone and felt my suspensory ligs stretching for the first time ever, but even without lubes my session ends up good, low hang, engorged shaft, jelly-like feeling across the shaft with maybe up to 2% of fluid retention, sometimes I feel that ssj is far more superior to bathmate. With bathmate I cant feel that pressure inside like with ssj even with wine vac module

How long should each SSJ last? I find it difficult to make one rep last more than 10 seconds. I also need to get fully erect again after every rep therefore in the 5 minutes (I'm trying the 5x5x3) I only end up doing about 5-6 SSJ's in each 5 minute sets. also is Vaseline a good lubricant to be using for these? thanks!

It doesnt matter how long one rep lasts. My rep may go 30 sec or 12 sec or 45 sec. As long as you are doing it correctly, every second counts and every second tears the tissue, your goal is to break down the tissue and you are doing it with every second that pass. It is up to your grip strength how much seconds your rep will last.

Well I’m glad that everybody got this straightened out while I took the day off yesterday. ? The SSJ can be held as long as possible, it has everything to do with your hand strength. I can hold a SSJ for 20 minutes if I wanted to.
 
15-20 mins bathmate then ssj 15-20 mins good idea?for girth work session pre-stretch is need?

my biggest concern would be fluid buildup. I would give it a try and see if after the 15 minutes of pumping you’re able to reduce fluid retention during the 15 minutes of SSJ.

You can do it in your room just put a bucket below where you’ll be working and it will catch all the water.

at the moment, I start off doing around 200 regular jeqls and then I star the 5x5x3 routine where I would do sets of SSJ's in-between bathmate sets.

Have you read the 5×5×3 routine? It’s pretty basic I’ll just type it out here.

I would still do them as long as it’s not painful as the benefit is so great. I don’t want you to injure yourself so if the soreness is more pain then skip it but if you can’t do it I highly recommend

Well I do them ehen I feel that pressure is not that productivr and missing dull ache. If I feel dull ache during compression I just go without bundles and that regime is productive for me at this period

yes the 5×5×3 is a girth workout. It would not do very much for length. I suggest that you use the stretches in the newbie routine. Those stretches hit every possible angle ofgain.
