I tried this Excercise Few times. And every time I get some red/blue stains on the Penis. Maybe I push to hard from the Top?

Loving this to increase girth/hang/veins! Doing Kegals alot now...haven’t mastered the reverse one though
one hand ok grip on the base, the other hand on the top of the penis to "roll it" towards the ok grip. can be done toward ok grip or away.also if you're a beginner I'd advise you to stay away from this exerciseI find this difficult to understand. Do you grip under the base or you push with your opened palm heel ?
because this girth exercise is intense and requires conditioning first,if you jump right into doing ssj's with little experience in pe it could result in an injury. plus why exhaust an advanced technique now? when the basics stop working,move up to more advanced higher intensity exerciseswhy should beginners stay away?
by increasing overall girth,you're width will increase too but from my experience, breaking down tunica and ssj will yeild most gains more than width specific exercises (they did nothing for me)

Guys, one question.
Is it possible to pull out inner part of penis while performing ssj? Im planning to do just ssj as a routine along with bundle stretches to pre-stretch tunica?
I feel like it is possible to make a variation of ssj that pulls out inner penis out, because once when I was on a routine I was in reverse grip and I slightly bent my penis downwards and after couple reps I had huge susp lig popped out. Dld whats your opinion ?

It doesnt matter how long one rep lasts. My rep may go 30 sec or 12 sec or 45 sec. As long as you are doing it correctly, every second counts and every second tears the tissue, your goal is to break down the tissue and you are doing it with every second that pass. It is up to your grip strength how much seconds your rep will last.How long should each SSJ last? I find it difficult to make one rep last more than 10 seconds. I also need to get fully erect again after every rep therefore in the 5 minutes (I'm trying the 5x5x3) I only end up doing about 5-6 SSJ's in each 5 minute sets. also is Vaseline a good lubricant to be using for these? thanks!

Well I do them ehen I feel that pressure is not that productivr and missing dull ache. If I feel dull ache during compression I just go without bundles and that regime is productive for me at this periodI would still do them as long as it’s not painful as the benefit is so great. I don’t want you to injure yourself so if the soreness is more pain then skip it but if you can’t do it I highly recommend
