This is a repost from a thread that was deleted and I could not retrieve so I want to take this opportunity to be as clear as possible with the description of it as I feel nothing has trained GIRTH better for me than this exercise.

MENTAL STATE:
Highly sexual. I look at a session with the same frame of mind I would with masturbation or sex. I want to be highly aroused and ready to enjoy the session. I like to be laying down with a good porno on with total privacy.

TIME:
I set a time in advance (sometimes I go beyond that time) I usually dedicate 45 minutes to the session. I do not count how many I am doing my one and only goal is MAXIMUM EXPANSION for each and every session. I can tell by looking at my GIRTH that I am fully engorged and this is where I want to be as this is where GIRTH gains are. One rep of this exercise can last as long as 3 minutes for me (it really depends on endurance and hand strength) My hands get very cramped and I need to switch positions every 5 minutes or so. As time goes on your hands will get stronger.

THE EXERCISE:
I get myself fully erect. Once I have an optimum erection I will kegel as much blood into my penis as possible than with one hand (as shown) I clamp off at the base. I need some room to move the blood around so I will squeeze my glans releasing a small amount of blood than I clamp off again. The hand clamped off at the extreme base slowly and intensely jelq up maybe an inch. Once in this position I take the heal of the other hand and squash the blood from by head downward against the hand clamping. I am still applying upward pressure with the clamped hand as the heal of the upper hand continues to push the blood around. Very similar to an Isolated Compression Squeeze the difference being the upper hand is open and the heal of the hand is used to push against the resisting hand. As I said above I will do one rep for about 2-3 minutes at which time I release do a few Dual Dry Jelqs and begin the next set.

My goal, as stated above is MAXIMUM EXPANSION. I gage this by looking at my wrists while training and I make a visual comparison of the GIRTH of my penis to the GIRTH of my wrist. I want to get myself thicker than my wrist and I do this every session. Just for fun when I surpass my wrist GIRTH I start looking at my ankles (yeah right!) but it is fun to try.

Here are some illustration I just drew that will hopefully help you guys understand better.
 
I always thought this excercise to be like a Horse squeeze only you are pushing the squeezing handd towards the jelqing one. From those pics it looks like it may cause injury as your penis is bent.

By the way you are a good artist hehe.
 
Dld I thought you said you were trying to get a natural upward curve, but if this exercise bends it downward wouldn't that give you a downward curve? Or at least make it much harder to get an upward curve?

And yeah.. by squash I thought you meant to tightly jelq down toward the other hand. Here it looks like you're bending it downward.

Wow, I am glad you mentioned this as I just rocked this the opposite way and the expansion was incredible too.

Neither, I use the palm and heal of my hand to squash down against the pressure of the hand that is clamped. I squash all around so at times it may be a bend while others it may be a straight compression.

Ah.. so when I tried these I did them completely wrong. I did feel a nice expansion from what I did though, clamping one hand at the base and slowly squeezing down toward the lower hand. Thanks for the clairification, it makes much more sense now. The pics always help too.
 
When you do it like a straight compression, is it like pushing it down toward the other hand as if you were trying to shorten it sort of? And also do you have the palm and heel of your squashing hand slide down slowly while doing this, or just apply a squashing pressure. If done this way instead of in bends it seems it could take away from length.. but would give great girth expansion. I want to make sure I'm doing them right this time. :D
 
Not totally clear what you mean by squashing,but i think the pics explain enough for me to pick up on what to do in a few tries or so rofl

I have done dat you said, damn ehhe i have tried to push my head into my shaft. I jelqed slow until 1" from head. Then pushed the head into the shaft. Well it got fat, but not what i expected, because it seemed the same as ICS.

Thank god we finally got some illustration, now i can do them. :) How come it looks like an bend?

No, you only jelq up about an inch from the base. Once you have then you start the squashing portion.
 
So wait, you DONT squash your glans into your shaft like I been doin? You push your cock down? I'm kinda confused here, I been pushin my rock hard glans down like "into" my shaft.

You want some slight flexibility in the squash, what I do is get 100% erect then squeeze maybe a head full of blood out before I clamp down. This gives me just enough flexibility in girth to get a good compression and expansion without being too soft resulting in poor expansion.

I just finished a 30 minute set of these and "FUCKING WOW!" I can't even describe how pumped I was after the session. I did mainly squashes in a slight bend downward but towards the end I was hitting it at all angles. Once I started to compress down against my shaft I would do some really short jelqs against the compression. SIMPLY INCREDIBLE!
 
i tried these last night and my erection would go down after about 30 seconds..i'm looking at the pictures and to me it looks somewhat like the dld double jelq bends...but instead of using a o.k. grip you use the palm of your hand to push down and you hold it longer?is this correct or am i way off...i appreciate any help..i really want to get these down
 
Didnt get to these in my routine because after 10 unclamped 1 minute ulies and 4 clamped compressions I couldnt finish the rest of my workout, but I am hoping with ulis and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] I can increase head size and corpus spongisium size a lot, what do you think?

If your like the other guys who are doing these, myself included, you will make some pretty awesome gains.

From what I get from doing these, I do them clamped cause I cant' maintain a good grip for as long as i would like to do a set of these.

These WILL make you head bigger, form my experience of these which is like a week, the head gets wider and has more depth after a session of these! When you squash your crushing the glans, forcing it to fill with blood, but it is crushed so it has no choice but to expand outwards, and in depth!
 
Sweet. One thing I want to do is get a bigger head. That is why I stopped length. I am 7.9 and I know I can go .35" in length from simply girth, because bends, bigger head, and just girth alone because cells expand each direction. I plan next time to get these in as my penis becomes slightly conditioned.

I think your on track with these now. Personally I like to hit all the angles because you feel an intense stretch at the bend! Basically your trying to crush your dick, Pushing your head into your glans!
 
i think i am going to focus on bending upward and try to create an upward curve...so crazy how do push one hand into the other if you are pushing the clamp down into your pubic bone...
 
put it this way, with my normal girth routine inc 2 x 15 min clamped sessions and 500+ jelqs i get to 5" clamped girth. After doing 100 erect jelqs and 10 min's clamped [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] i got to 5.10" clamped girth :D

It seems to give you the same effect! Pushing the clamp into the pubic bone increases the bloodflow into the penis, for me it does! This way you are squashing your whole unit, not just the parts abouve the grip!

True but I found that 2 things counter this loss of contact and actually do increase girth at the grip and below. 1.) Hanging straight down gives me more base girth then I know what to do with and 2.) The actual grip with my hands is very tight and this becomes a squeeze to the area I am gripping which seems to also build girth.

Quick question on that, how long did you have to hang before you started seeing base girth gains and how much weight were you hanging at that time? My base isn't lookin' like it's gonna be able to support the future building on top of it <:(

For me I saw a change in the first couple weeks. I hung very heavy straight down and it just manifested itself. Since then I read about many guys who experience the same. Nothing in Penis Enlargement is a rule of thumb but for me it works.
 
i did 20 min. of these after 45 min of jelq bends...i can see what all the fuss is about...my only problem was my erection went down only after a minute...i don't know if it is because my hand didn't clamp hard enough or what...but i am definitely adding these to my routine :)

I dont understand this exercise at all, I cant seem to get it in my head so I can have a go. Also doesnt it bend the penis? It looks like your pushing the head with onehand against the otherhand downwards while erect...looks like a ''U'' bend I do.

Basically from what I can grasp about it, all you do is use your hand to clamp at the base and push up about an inch, push all the blood out of your head, then you start to push into the shaft using the other palm, and from there you can rotate your palm against it, you can push straight in, you can bend all directions, whatever your heart desires. Does this help at all???
 
I tried, some of the info does seem confusin, and the illustration isn't as good as the vid will be, I always do better once this stuff gets posted in the members area. Good luck Red
 
How the hell do you squeeze the blood out of your glans when your clamped? That's the part that keeps fucking me up. I do these every night usually, but I end up doing em with a hard ass head. Any suggestions???
 
i thought it was squeeze the blood out of the head of your penis.....that is what i do...it forces the blood back in the shaft...but after you start "squashing" blood goes back into the head..i take my thumb and index finger and just pinch the head until it goes back to its normal size.at least this is my interpretation of it

Let me try to explain it again:

I guess one rep could be squashing down forward for 60-120 seconds. The next rep could be squashing down to the left for 60-120 seconds and so on. My main objective is not counting or reps but doing each rep as long as I can with as much pressure as I can to create the most expansion I can. After each rep I will dry jelq myself back to optimum hardness and continue. I like to spend 30-45 minutes non-stop as a session. Now applying the CLAMP to this exercise is something I don't do but lots of other guys do so it can be done.
 
I did try these DLD, I'm not sure if I'm doing them right just yet though as I didnt seem to get as much as I thought I might outta them. Going to try them again some more.

I am not following why you squeeze the glans and let the blood out at the beginning of the set. Can you explain? I tried these over the weekend and I did notice a big girth change during the exercises. I can only imagine what will happen when I have perfected the technique.

I do this because it gives my penis just enough flexibility in the hardness to do the exercise efficiently.

I bit of both. When I am doing it in any direction I am pushing in a "u" shape as I am pushing the glans against the shaft.
 
Thanks DLD, I'll try it. After the first time I tried it I had a dull ache so I definitely impacted something. Psyched to try it again.

Whew! Just finished a set of these. These are a great, intense girth workout! So intense in fact, that I got a spot of blood from my urethra even AFTER being warmed up. No big deal, just worked through it. Really nice pump from the session too. Gonna add these fo' sho' to my girth routine! Three thumbs up DLD! :cool:

I used this technique to get FAST girth gains. It does tend to give you a baseball bat look, but used with other techniques, it is great.

Some of you remember a technique I was going to be sharing, but hadn't shared it yet because I wanted to take pictures first. This is the one.

Great exercise!

I used to fear this too but I supplement my girth with heavy downward stretching which more than compensates for any uneven base girth.
