RED do you clamp excuse me constrict while doing all of your exercises or are there some exercises that you don't constrict???
 
I dont engage in a constriction routine at the moment but I constrict semi erect all my basic stretches.

For me its WORKING with the BLOOD at higher levels than normal i.e when your erect rather than flaccid that produces better results.

I even do Expressive stretches at semio erect now ... work MUCH better, like I said your working with the blood inside your penis and stretching that tissue which equals a more productive workout as your stretching ERECT tissue with fluid in VS flaccid tissue with very little fluid in .... over time more growth should occur but the risk of injury and overtraining are greater so its not for newbies.

Similer theory to erect hanging that some do here.
 
WOW awesome I always stretch as limp as possible never thought of streching semi erect well bro if it worked for you it is worth a try...I always feel like I am not getting as good a stretch when it is kinda erect, but if you say that is the way to go for you maybe it will work for me as well...Thanks for the tip
