I went onto the scales today and it said I'm 148 lbs I was like WOW because around 2 months ago I was packing 155lbs. However I dont actually appear skinny as such, like say a Ethiopean, no offense to them people like. I need to get into some mega protein eating and get back into the rowing again. Hey but I dont suppose 148lbs is bad? is it?
