Happy new years everyone! A new start to a new year and I am finally back to my regular routine and no distractions what so ever.

Just as an update I went out and got some new supplements today.
L Arginine & L Citrulline complex (1000 MG)
One A Day vitamins

I will continue the Newbies beginner routine until my next measure (January 15) and will then switch it up a bit.

Things I plan to accomplish this year are:
Gaining two inches by the end of the summer
Extending flaccid hanging length
Getting rid of the slight turkey neck I have (Which I have found a great stretch for this and it has sped things up quite a bit and will be writing a post about it shortly)

Update:
I measured a bit today I gained slightly in length however I seemed to lost a bit in girth. This is probably due to being inactive (women just keep stealing my soul). I hope to gain back my girth gains this next month and I have a new routine planned that works out best for my schedule. I will now be doing Penis Enlargement during the day rather than at night to ensure I don't skimp on anything.

What are the chances? I just started listening to that album by Nas and Damian a few days ago. You're using a lot of supplements. Make sure you lift with your legs. Don't end up like Captain Chicken legs.

Last week I was in the gym but went a bit to hard starting out and was so sore I could barely move, so this week Im taking it a bit slower and will work my way up.

Dude I know what you mean. I deloaded and came back this week starting my "Jacked and Tan" cycle... I was doing my squat day on Tuesday and I was squatting ass to grass and all of the sudden I felt like my asshole just got ripped in two. My entire left glute just tightened up. It felt like 12 gay men just had their way with me for hours. So be careful when you start lifting heavy weights.
