Yes I did. I just wasn't able to do much the last week and the past few weeks Penis Enlargement wise. I'll go ahead and post my end results since I now have access to the internet, which is why I didn't post daily updates the last week.

The past two and a half weeks have been rough for me especially Penis Enlargement wise. My last week of my 12 week [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] routine and the couple weeks after that consisted of little to no Penis Enlargement because of privacy issues, moving, starting school, and military things along with all the other events I had going on before. The past week I have had no internet access as well, other than my phone and the mobile internet sight here is basically impossible to use on my iphone, which is why I haven't been posting until now. Anyway, I did make some good gains in my 12 weeks.

Week 12 Stats

Start of 12 weeks:

After 12 week routine:

I'm very happy to have made these gains. I matched my "high-end" goals for the 12 weeks. I will start updating again daily hopefully tomorrow and will be changing up my routine soon.

I am switching my routine up soon.

For length- Considering added erect stretching at the beginning or end of my length work, and then HardCore Stretches in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] right before my girth work.

For girth- Considering adding a clamping session to the end of my current girth routine. Start with a basic base clamp and then move on to Redz Frendo's.

If anyone has any criticisms, suggestions, or new ideas on my routine change-up, feel free to comment. Nothing is set in stone and I am just looking to gain as efficiently as possible.

Here's your more typical routine day. You've got only the best expressive, length and girth moves we've got. You don't screw around and waste your time on lesser moves. Friggin awesome tight routine, bro.

Most of my ideas for you are in the commas, little things gleaned from Dlds major works which no one ever mentions between their big moves in their routine threads. I got +1" in 3-4 months using these tips.

In your girth routine, put on the cockring first. I started doing that and my expansion gets rediculous. I'm nearly filling the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words]. I'm touching the sides and bottom. Try it one week in your routine and see if your expansion is bigger in the tube.
You can do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] expressive blasters, the pump expressives dld came up with. Your last pump session at highest suction, grip the tube and pull away from your body. Bet you feel it immediately in the base, bro.


Length:
Since the hydropumps are so great at expanding the tissues inside the penis, use a short pump session as part of your length warmup?
5x5x3 or at least x2. Right after kegels maybe. So the tunica fibers get smashed from the inside then you start your big stretches...

Since Dld said btc and rotaries are the best manual stretches, I put more of them into my routine.

You could do rotaries 1x in between each stretch you do above.
You could do one more set of btc at the start of your routine, right after your kegels.
you could add one more straight back btc stretch, so m, l, r, m.
You could do the l &r btc with your leg as a fulcrum. So put one leg up on a table or chair, stretch out yo the side under the leg, and curl the penis up under around your leg. Like a giant leg fulcrum version of side btc stretch... Dogleg stretch I call this, due to the lifted leg.

You can do the entire length routine with Dlds blasters concept. RKs every stretch. You've tired your PC muscles with 5 Mins kegeling, now RKs really remove the PC muscles from pulling back against your stretches.

You can increase your time of each stretch. Go from 30 secs to 40... to 60?

You can add [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJS[/words] after the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] is done. Heal extended for hours.

Puts me at +.5"-.75" mseg expansion everytime.

I do try to wrap or be in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] as much as I can, and I do a light RK on my stretches not DLD Blasters, where I focus even more on the RK. I think I will add in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches, and add in more rotaries like you suggested. I may do a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] warmup prior to length, it's just a pain to full up the tub twice a day and uses a lot of water & time.

My tape is cut off at 2 inches, so I just measure at 2" and then subtract 2" from wherever it meets. Especially on my expanded pic, I have to seperate the two parts of the tape to show the two spots on the the tape. This increases the measured size a bit. I'd say that the expanded pic is about 1/16" less than what it shows. But not a big difference.

Note for my NBPenis EnlargementL1, you can see how much extra skin I have at the base, which is why I'm considering getting a ball stretcher to hopefully make that all hang down and off the base. Anyway, I push down onto the base, but not into my fat pad.

You could try standing up showering, or the bucket method, um, is it Superman... suggests? I do it showerking and turn off the water after the first pump is going. Had to learn how to fill it without bubbles end to do vertical entry without bubbles.

Neither was too hard.
 
Yeah.. I could, just wouldn't be able to do hardcore stretches that way.

Do you think just spending ten minutes in the tube when I take my morning shower at medium pressure prior to length work will help in tunica deformation at all? Or, do you think I'd have to do a full girth routine to have an effect?
 
update- I've been Penis Enlargement'ing fairly consistently, I just haven't been posting it every day. I may not always get in a full girth routine but I always try and get in something. Full length routine just about every day + an hour or two in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I haven't changed my routine yet. Saw 4 3/4" mseg yesterday without any kind of expansion. So I've bumped up an extra 1/16" there.

6x4.75 puts me right around average. Next goal is 6.5x5. Once I'm there, I'll be pretty confident hooking up with a girl and not having to use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] prior, which will be nice. I know I won't be huge or anything, but I'll be above average so unless I meet a size queen, I'll be just fine.

I'm going to go ahead and set a goal for that to increase my motivation to get in as much Penis Enlargement as possible. Christmas is my goal. Gives me just over 3 months. Will post proof when I get there. Let's go.
