Notes: Didn't have privacy for a tub session, so I basically copied PumperNickle's girth workout. It worked great! I got the same expansion with this workout than I did with the supersets. Haven't seen any real girth gains in the past 2-3 weeks. So I'm really going to start focusing on girth and may actually do two girth workouts in one day. One normal, and then a lighter one later on with some jelqs and a short time in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I'll do whatever it takes to continue gaining.
