10 min mandingo stretch. With this second set I bundled 1/2 twist before starting the stretch and this made it soo intense. I think I may do these like this from now on. Plus it will work my tunica even more than before.

I've decided to start adding DLD hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches into my routine. My routine will look like this:
Day 1: Length routine, 20 min hardcore stretches

Another believer! I am writing an article on this now, it will be in the main forum in a bit. I think we need to really push this exercise as I truly belive it is a whole new avenue to make length gains from a place never thought of before. Please chime in!

I really felt an intense stretch with these. The only problem I came across was that I had to pump to basically maximum pressure which wasn't uncomfortable, but it is higher than I do when performing DLDs [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth blasters. I came out of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in between the two sets but I had to stop after two because I go some pretty serious fluid buildup. Im not sure what I am going to do because I really liked these and can see the amazing potential, however I got more fluid build up than I like (it always seems to be in the same spot; on the right side right at my circumcision scar)... i guess ill just have to keep it up and hopefully the fluid buildup will get better.

You may want to do the Hardcore Stretches first then work into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Blasters which should alleviate most of the build up.

I think you misunderstood me. I did my manual stretch length routine first then later in the evening I did the hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches. I did not do the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Blasters. So I only got through two sets of the hardcore stretches before I got some serious fluid buildup. I think this is because I had to pump to maximum pressure to keep suction while stretching. What I meant was that when I have done the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth blasters in the past I dont pump up to maximum pressure, so when I did last night doing the hardcore stretches I got too much fluid buildup. So im not sure what to do. Should I just keep at them and increase my pumping intensity when i also do the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth blasters on a different day? I hope this is more clear. I will not be doing the hardcore stretches and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] GB's on the same day as this is too much time in the pump for me.

I stopped after two sets this time again, I am trying to ease into them and get used to pumping at that high of a pressure. I still got fluid build up but not as bad as last time. I only really get it in one spot which is annoying because everywhere seems fine. It was good to see that I pumped up to 190mm in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] basically instantly and kept it there for both sets. I kind of took the weekend off to give myself a little break, but the rest of this week is going to look like this:

Measuring day (7/1) is coming up fast! I real excited and kind of nervous to see if my new routine and hard work is paying off. At this point I would be happy to see any new gains, especially in girth. One thing that I will mention is that the other night while I was having sex I grabbed around my dick with index and thumb and they did not touch. I hadn't done any girth in a couple days so this is a good sign. When I started at 5" girth my fingers definitely touched. The only thing, though, is I feel like I have a thicker and harder erection during sex compared to when I am by myself doing measurements. Today: Length and girth

All day during work I stretched and wrapped my flaccid with a self adhesive sports wrap to work on increasing my flaccid length.

Then I did my manual stretch routine

I must be growing because I have never come close to this length. What do you mean do not feel good? They hurt or they do not feel productive?
 
They hurt! which means that im sure they are doing the job but man they are actually kinda painful, but as soon as I stop pulling I dont feel any pain.

YUP, Sock Stretches really do their thing. If you have not tried them guys give it a go.
 
Yeah I highly recommend them. After about 6 weeks of the regular basic stretches I was having trouble getting a good intense stretch with just my hands. One night I was searching for more intense stretches and found the sock stretch. They are so intense and easy to hold for awhile. Only stretch so far that I can really feel in my ligs.

So just for the hell of it I decided to count how many sessions I have done over the past 7 weeks while keeping this progress thread. I am not sure if I even wrote all of them down but I managed to log 32 sessions which is about 5 per week. I feel I have put in about 80% effort in over this time so if I have gained then I can't wait to see what I can do when I go all out. I have had a hard time adjusting to my new work schedule so I think I can manage to get in a couple more sessions each week.

So the day has come, I measured and here are the results. These are the gains from the start of my new routine on 5/11/10.

NBPFL: 4.5 (+1.25) from beginning on 3/22/10
MSFG: 4.5 (no starting measurement)

So there they are! I am pleased with the gains, especially the quarter inch gain in girth. I need to get a cock ring for post workout to increase this for next time. I thought I was going to gain a little more in length because I had such a quick jump in BPFSL, however that was a quick gain with the introduction of mandingo/sock stretches and didn't continue at that rate. I do have hope, though, for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] hardcore stretches as I just started those a week ago and they seem very promising. So I guess I will measure again in two months on 9/1/10.

So I just got to thinking about the gains I made over the past two months and how much effort/sessions I put in. Now I didn't think my gains were that great, however, now that I have gone through my logs I am starting to think that I saw some good results for the effort I put in.

And I will be doing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth blasters at least 5 days a week. If I can keep this up I will be getting 56 length sessions and 40 girth sessions minimum! This is literally twice the sessions I did last time! So.. with that being said I am very interested to see if that will mean twice the gains?! Also, Id like to point out that my length sessions are more intense and longer due to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches and my girth sessions will be enhanced now that I have a cockring to throw on after the session. Well at least I know that I wont be gaining any less than .25x.25" over the next two months.

Yeah I really like the sock stretches. You can really hold them for a long time too. Currently I hold each stretch for one minute in each direction and do three sets so it comes out to about 12 mins of sock stretches.

Took a night off from DLD Girth Blasters. However just from two 5 min stretch sessions at basically full pump pressure I still see .5" temp girth gain. The thing that gets me is I dont really see any increased temp girth gain when I superset the SSJs. I dont know what this is all about so I will have to experiment a little.
