I nicked myself a little while trimming so when I started doing my girth routine it hurt. I ended up doing the following:

Pretty good expansion and little fluid. I was able to reach 5.6" girth while clamped. It wasn't the best expansion but there was no fluid in the measurement.
I have been lazy with length so I am going to try to get a good stretch in after work tonight.

I think the clamping will take some time to get used to and then I will be able to push the session more.

I think I have found my new girth routine. I have been trying to figure out ways to increase expansion to lead to bigger gains and I realized that when I have a longer session in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I get more expansion compared to 5 minute super sets. I took it slow and increased the pressure over the whole 15 minutes. I didn't quite reach maximum pressure buts thats ok because it gives me more room to push the intensity once I am more conditioned. The clamping was done in two 5 minute sets. I couldn't believe how huge I looked and felt. By the second clamp set I was measuring 5.75" girth with no fluid. After I was done the session I got fluid in the usual spots but not until I was done my workout. Things are looking good! Now I wish I knew what was better, girth work everyday or 1 on, 1 off.

Clamped girth reached 5.88" (5 7/8"). My head girth while clamped was 6.125"(6 1/8"). This was the first time I ever reached a girth over 6 inches with no fluid in the measurement.
Will try to get to stretches later after the gym, but then again is Friday and I will probably go out before I get to them.

So i just got changed and saw that my flaccid girth looked huge so I had to take a measurement. My flaccid girth is normally right around 4.5" and 6 hours after my workout my girth is right at 5.125"! This is crazy for me because I have never had my flaccid girth stay expanded for anywhere near this long. Normally my erect girth will stay larger for like 12 hours after a girth workout but the flaccid girth doesn't stay much larger for very long.

Great expansion again. Measured 5.88" mid shaft and a little over 6" again around glans. I got fluid again but I think that will decrease as I get more conditioned. I think this girth workout will really start to bring some girth gains. I am going to stick with this 1 on 1 off

I decided to mix up my routine a bit. I have been doing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] first followed by clamping so do I switched the order to see if I got more expansion.

3x 5 min clamping

I didn't get as much expansion doing it this way. I was at 5.5" while clamped and then slightly bigger than then when coming out of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I also noticed to things:

1) Overall less fluid buildup
2) A lot more red dots and bruises. I think that when I do the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] first it loosens up my tunica making it easier to expand during clamping. When I clamped first my skin really took more punisHydromaxent. I think I am going to go back to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] first, then clamp.

Good session reaching 5.75" temp girth. I got a little more fluid buildup than I like but Im sure that will decrease over time. I am already seeing less red dots and bruises than when I started clamping. I am also noticing the extra girth staying around longer after every workout. I can't wait to see what the results are going to be in a couple of months from now. I think I am going to stick with the 1 on 1 off for a while and see if I can get some girth gains again!

Every workout now I am trying to up the intensity and/or up the expansion I get. Today I definitely increased the intensity during my clamp sets, so I had to stop 2 minutes early because the fluid was starting to come. I think by increasing the intensity I will be able to increase the expansion to new levels once I get more conditioned. I can already tell I am getting more and more out of my clamping sets than I did in the beginning.

Here is a pic of my post workout pump today. This was taken about 10 minutes after my workout while being semi erect. Its not the best expansion I have ever seen but the tape is also pulled nice and tight.

The gator can be uncomfortable but you will grow used to it. There are many things I have accomplished through discomfort, the weight of their worth will always be greater than the discomfort of getting it.
 
Hey guys I'm back after a long break! So to make a long story short I ended up moving across the country and well one thing led to another and I stopped Penis Enlargement altogether about a year ago. Recently I have been back on the forum reading up on the latest things. I am now motivated and feel that I am in a place where I can now Penis Enlargement once again.

To begin I am going to be using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I've been reading up on some different techniques this time, and I decided to do a very similar schedule as Dan_Clizer. Just as he did, each session I will do 4-6, 6min sets. To start I am going to try to do this once in the morning and once in the evening. The big difference for me is I am taking it real slow with low pressure and building up over the consecutive sets. After I get more conditioned I will aim to pump at full pressure for at least a couple sets each session. I am also entering the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] semi erect instead of shooting for 100%. At the end of each session I will also jelq/edge for 10+ minutes.

So far I have done two sessions and I am liking what I see. After tomorrow my room mates will be gone and I will have the house to myself over the holidays, so I will report back in a few days after consistent sessions.
 
I wanted to check back in to give a little update. As previously stated, I started in late december following a 6x6min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions. I did this everyday and sometimes twice a day for about 3 weeks. Well, this workout isn't for me because I started noticing bad EQ and other signs of over training. At this point I went back and reviewed my whole progress thread and realized when I actually gained girth it was with plenty of rest.

So after three weeks back in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I ended up taking a week off, due to friends visiting, and now I am on a 1 on, 1 off training schedule. My routine has looked like this for the past week and a half:

3, 10 min sets in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Increasing pressure over the first two sets. The third set is at max pressure with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches.

I am very excited to stick with this routine because I am already seeing good sings: Better flaccid hang, high EQ, and just a generally veiny, healthy look. A couple of days ago I measured after two rest days and I was right at 5 1/16"! Its a good sign but I am not counting this as a gain yet. I will measure in a couple of weeks, but I really do think I am going to see impressive gains. Hoping for .5" girth gain by May.

Its been another year with basically no Penis Enlargement, but Im back and ready to gain. For right now I am just sticking to girth until I see some gains before adding stretching in. This time around I am going to keep the workouts relatively short, intense, and with plenty of rest in between. Looking back to where I actually gained I noticed I only had about 23 girth sessions over 8 weeks and gained .25"! So my routine is going to look like this until I think my body can handle more without negative side affects.

I do not clamp but I do LOVE the super-sets you have created, they show a definite modern understanding of Penis Enlargement! I am happy you are going to actively train again and I wish your gains at great speed!

I can recover quicker with this than clamping. The jelqing in between [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sets really helps stop any fluid retention and keeps the pump around. I will be taking measurements mid February, but I can already tell I have gained around 1/8" girth. Also, my flaccid hang has greatly improved.

At this point I am increasing my frequency of workouts to 1 on/ 2 off. If I am still seeing great things with this routine I will add in another set to the workout.

I measured about a week ago and my new stats are 7.25'' BP x 5.125'' MSEG. So I gained .25"x.125". Not great but hey its gains. Also, I have to admit that I only averaged 1 on, 3 off for the past two months. With a few stretches of 4 off instead. Now for the past week I have been doing 1 on, 2 off. I feel this schedule is still plenty of rest now that I am getting more conditioned, but I will get in a few more workouts a month.

I'll be back in a month or so with updates and hopefully gains.

Thanks DLD, you're right gaining anything is a great feeling. Im not quite back to the size I was a couple of years ago, but it is exciting gaining back lost size and then some.

Very good. I have still been changing my routine frequency/intensity to try to maximize PI's and gains. So, I have what I think will be my routine for months to come.

Length: manual stretch all directions 10 min. (Everyday)
Girth: 5 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 5 min Jelq. 2 sets (1on/1off).

So far I have great PI's and a nice flaccid hang going on. I also just measured my BPFSL at 7 5/8".
I'll be reporting back in a week with another measurement. Mainly just looking for an increase in my BPFSL.
 
Im back again with an update. I measured again last night just to make sure I'm still on the gaining path.
My routine has been 1 on/1 off girth routine which consists of 5min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 5 min Jelq (do two sets).
I have also added light basic stretches. I've been doing these 7 out of the last 10 days.

BPFSL: 7 7/8 (+1/4)
BPenis EnlargementL: 7 1/4
MSEG: 7 1/8

My erect length and girth didn't change but my flaccid stretch length did. 1/4" in about three weeks is nice. I think this has to do with the jelqing and the newly added stretches. I am mainly focused on girth, but I though why not gain some length at the same time. My length and girth feel longer and plumper all the time so I think I will have some nice erect gains to report in two more weeks.

Well its been two more weeks so it is time for a new measurement. I took the last three days off due to a hand injury/travel, so I figured this is a true new size. Here are my new measurements:

BPFSL: 8"! (+.125)
BPenis EnlargementL: 7.5" (+.25)
MSEG: 5.125" no gain

Well there it is. I'm now back at the longest length I reached about 3 years ago. I just wish the girth would catch up. I'm still stretching for about 10 minutes 5 days a week and doing girth 1 on/ 1 off. I have recently started adding [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] into my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] supersets as I feel I am fully conditioned at this point. I feel I need to up the intensity and expansion for gains.

I hope I can reach MSEG of 5.5" by the time I reach BPenis EnlargementL 8". But any length is good so I'm not complaining at this point.

I used to get huge expansion with the DLD girth blasters, but with a decent amount of fluid. Today I didn't get as much expansion, but there was absolutely no fluid.

You sure know what you're doing! I have a question for you about intensity vs rest time. I know it has been discussed forever, and each person is different but I have a general growing question.

OR

Should I try to get in a few more workouts a week (like 2on/1off) with a less intense routine of 2 sets of DLD [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth blasters (20 min)?

I know it varies from person to person. I'm curious as to whether you think less intense but frequent is better than intense with more rest?

All in all a 30 minute workout. The problem is I am getting too squeezed in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words]. The last time I was at this BPenis EnlargementL I would reach 200 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] at full pressure. Now at full pressure it really hurts the first half of my dick and I can only manage to get to 190. I am hoping to have the funds for a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] very soon. The more I read about the product the more it seems superior to Bathmates. I'm really intrigued by the extra girth room, straight tube shape, and of course the switchable [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiters[/words]. Hopefully I will get one soon because I feel I am not getting the full potential from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] anymore.

Have you tried a pump sleeve for relief of this? It is a cheap fix for many that deal with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Gaiter[/words] soreness.

I actually ordered the two set last night. I'm sure this will help with the pinching and some discomfort, but I can tell I'm still going to want the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] with the larger girth on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words]. My length expansion in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is not what it used to be.
 
I have been doing the popular 5x5x3 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]/SSJ super sets lately and loving them. I am noticing good EQ so I'm going to try to increase my workout frequency while carefully watching for signs of over training. I have also added in 5 more minutes of basic stretches, but now I do 3 x 5min stretch sessions. One session before my girth workout and then two more spread out through the day.
 
Today was my third day in a row for girth work. 5x5x3 with mostly jelqs and a few [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] thrown in. All three sets were done at full pressure in BathmateH. I have noticed that after doing girth work for a few days in a row it is so much easier to reach full pressure in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I am also getting to full pressure in about 3 full pumps during the first minute. In the past it took nearly 10 minutes to reach full pressure without lots of discomfort.

Also re-started with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] hardcore stretches today. 3x40 sec sets. I am going to add 1-30sec set every workout until I reach a total of 10 min stretching.
On another note I cannot wait until the pump sleeves arrive because I am getting some serious [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] bite and soreness. I am, however, filling up the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth wise almost all the way to my glans which is new for me! There is only one spot (right above where the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] meets the cylinder) that I can't fill girth wise. This is due to my narrowest girth through that segment, but with time I should be packing the tube the whole way!
 
A little update: I had my first session last night with the new pump sleeves for my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I can tell already how great of an investment they were. Better suction on skin, keep ball skin out, and best of all greatly reduce [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] pain! The only thing I need to figure out/get used to is the little folds of the silicone sleeve leaving creases on my skin. This isn't painful, but it isn't ideal.

I also finally found [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] brand elastic bandage for [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] wrapping all day. It is very comfortable and doesn't stick and I can get a much more consistent wrap. Yesterday was my first day trying this out properly.

My routine this week is going to be the most intense yet. I am shooting for 7 days on with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] wrapping and 3x5 min sets of basic stretches. I will also be throwing in some JAI stretches and a few basic stretches when I rewrap for circulation.

I will also be shooting for 5 days on/ 2 off for girth. My girth routine is 3x5min sets of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with 5 min Jelq/SSJ sets in between. I started using my heating pad for healing purposes for 30-60min after my girth workout. I will be applying heat for another 30-60min at night.

I'm going to watch my PI's very carefully and take more time off if needed. If all goes well this week I will continue this routine with my next measurement day scheduled for May 8th on my birthday.
 
I have been keep up with my routine so far. I try to keep wrapped with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE bandage[/words] for 6+ hours a day with about 6 sets of 2-3 min stretching when I rewrap. I am also still doing three sets of 6 min manual stretching throughout the day for a total of about 30-35 mins of manual stretching every day. I think all of this stretching is starting to pay off as I measured at 8.125 BPFSL today! I think the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] wrap combined with the new mini stretch sets throughout the day is going to speed up these gains.

Measurement day is coming fast! May 8th, hopefully I have made some gains for a nice birthday present to myself. My goal for that measurement is 7.75 x 5.25.
 
Alright another measuring day:

BPFSL: 8.125" (+.125)
BPenis EnlargementL: 7.625" (+.125)
EG: 5.125" no gain

So length continues to slowly increase fairly easily. No complaints here. I am disappointed with the zero girth increase. I thought I would see something with the consistency and intensity I have been using.

Because of this I really looked into my routine and have come to the conclusion that the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] just isn't giving me the expansion I used to get. Even with the new pump sleeve I still get indents from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] and I feel like the plugged [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] doesn't allow the rest of the shaft to expand as much. My overall pumping lengths are going down even though BPenis EnlargementL is increasing.

I am dropping the water pumping until I can get a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words]. Instead, I have been doing clamping/jelqing supersets for the past two days. I am already getting as good expansion as the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]/jelq supersets and it feels much firmer and heavier.

This is my girth routine now: Shooting for 5on/2off as long as I still have good PIs.

Heating pad 10 min
Jelq 5 min
Clamp 5 min (Increase each clamp set 1 min per week until 10 min sets reached)

Had a great workout last night. I am continuing with my clamp/jelq supersets. This week I am at 6 min sets clamping with 5 min jelq set afterward. During this routine i am really focusing on performing many kegels for better expansion. Also, I am doing a very slow (5+second) jelq stroke with a firm grip. Using an overhand grip and with a kegel every rep I am doing a combo of short uli and extreme jelq. I am getting zero fluid buildup and I think my expansion in the clamp is slowly starting to increase as well.

I wanted to ask the veteran clampers out there a question about expansion. Did your clamped girth expansion increase over time as you became more conditioned with the exercise? I ask because currently I am only seeing about a .25" increase at most from my normal girth.

The results so far after about a week and a half are great. First of all my EQ is very high and isn't declining, better flaccid hang, and long pumps after the session.

Well its been another long break from training unfortunately. I have been back at pe for the last 5 or so months but saw little progress until recently. I tried a bunch of different things from uli's, jelqing, squeezes but never really saw a good temporary pump. For the past two weeks I have been manual stretching and clamping. I really enjoy the clamping because I get good uniform girth expansion and it feels firm like its all tissue expansion. I have not been getting any fluid buildup either. I measured after two rest days recently and I am now up to a constant 5.25" MSEG. My length is still at 7.5".

My current routine is this:

1on/1off clamping. 3x5min sets. Firegoat rolls in between sets to restore healthy blood flow and color. I am really trying to avoid discoloration.
Everyday manual stretching for 12 minutes.

I plan to increase the stretching to 18 minutes soon if I don't start seeing an increase in flaccid stretch length. For the time being I am going to keep the girth workout the same as I am seeing good EQ and I feel I usually tend to overtrain. I also noticed I am not seeing and flaccid turtling after workouts and in general a nice fat flaccid. If fact some days I am seeing a flaccid girth of 4.75" which is the same as my starting erect girth. What a good feeling!

I am going to start posting daily training sessions again because it keeps me motivated and I like to have a detailed log to look back on.
 
4/27/14:

12 minutes stretching.

3x5 minutes clamping.

I hit my largest clamped girth so far. MSEG was 5.5" and my head girth was 6". I am also noticing that the increased expansion down near the clamp is causing my girth to be uniform at 5.5" for the whole shaft. Hopefully over time this will get rid of my baseball bat shape.

I decided to increase stretching time and focus all my efforts on the ligs, while increasing intensity through out the session.

20 min BTC/SD stretching + 3x5 min clamping

I think the clamping is starting to pay off. My girl has mentioned a couple times recently how many veins my dick has. I'm also noticing good glans expansion while erect.

I have clamped in the past but only for a couple of weeks. I was worried about discoloration, but now I'm using 'firegoat' rolls and they return my color to normal in minutes. This time around with PE I have been clamping since 4/15/14. It has been going great, so I plan on keeping it up at least until the end of the year.

5/2/14: 10 Minutes of BTC/SD stretching. I wasn't able to get in the full 20 minutes while hanging out with the girlfriend all day.

5/3/14: 3x5 minutes clamping + 20 minutes of BTC/SD stretching

I have noticed my EQ has slowly started to increase. I am staying pretty damn engorged during our longer 1+ hour sex sessions. I'm also noticing increased precum when I'm excited. Also, I stay almost fully erect in between clamping sets. Everything is looking good!

My short term goal for August is BP 8x5.5 with uniform girth
