So I was just inspecting myself looking for any signs of increased length from the Hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Stretches. I think the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] causes too quick expansion which leads to fluid buildup as I am never able to pump at full pressure. Today with clamping first I was already plump going into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. After 15 minutes at basically constant full pressure i pulled out of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with no fluid build up and pure tissue expansion. Some fluid came later after when I was in the shower, however, the fluid didn't cause me to stop the workout.

Now, here comes the dilemma. I like the clamping and would consider going full force with a cable clamp, but I dont want the discoloration that comes along with it. Another possibility is to do about 10 minutes of manual exercises such as SSJs and squeezes to see some expansion before entering the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Does anyone have any suggestions or seen anything similar to this?

I agree with you on the point that the expansion is too quick - I guess it's the pressure power. My theory is that the pressure brings the fluids in the are of your cock into it - so if you didn't do anything before the session you'll get water which leads to FR,
if you did some warmup - there is a lot of availble blood in the area to get sucked in and as a result you get no FR.

Yeah I think you're right about this one. I think I am going to try doing 20 minutes of manual girth work first followed by 20 minutes of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. This way just works better for me being secretive in my room so I am not constantly getting in and out of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I also noticed that a warm up set for 5 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] using very low pressure helps reduce FR.

15 minutes of sock stretches. I then started to do the mandingo stretch but I felt too fatigued from the intense girth workouts lately.

warm up
8 mins of Clamping before I felt some coldness in head so I took the clamp off immediately.
5 mins of Horse 440s
8 mins of Clamping but I felt the coldness come back so I stopped
3 mins of Horse 440s

Overall I wasn't very impressed with clamping. I was surprised that after only 8 mins I was having circulation problems even though I was vigorously kegeling throughout. Also, I didn't see as much expansion as I hoped. To be hones I am not sure if I still have a starting girth of 5.25" after taking 10 days off a bit back but i was only able to get to 5.5" girth while clamped.
Ill give this another shot but Im thinking that the DLDs Girth Blasters are better as long as I can get that fluid under control so I dont have to end my workout early.

Any comments and/or suggestions would be appreciated.

At this point there was absolutely no fluid yet, so this was all tissue expansion. There is some fluid now but its a normal amount.

Today was the first day I used my new silicone sleeve to help increase my flaccid length. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the damn thing on so I had to cut it shorter. It doesn't stretch me out to 7" anymore but id say a good 5.5". I wore it 8 hours with little discomfort. A few times my glans was cold but i still had feeling and normal color so I think the blood flow was fine.

15 mins of sock stretches and probably some girth work later if I don't go over to this chicks house.

Very sensible reaction and very mature. When things are not coming to fruition it is important to reevaluate your plan. With your extensive history and progress to look back on you will be able to carefully see what you need to change.

Thanks DLD, I always try to look at things from a logical standpoint. If something worked, why? If something didn't work, why not? I think i just got too comfortable after seeing some good gains in two months that this time around I was more random. I did have 35 girth sessions but I noticed some of them were half assed, and I also noticed that I didn't have a consistent schedule. I would do like 3 days in a row of girth work then take 4 days off. I think if I can do 1 on, 1 off consistently I will see some good results again. SO, with that being said this is my new schedule that I think I can following fairly easily and should see some nice gains in both length and girth:

Day 1: Length. wear my silicone sleeve as long as I can to help flaccid increase, 15 min of sock stretches, and possibly some mandingo stretches

Day 2: Girth. Wear my silicone sleeve before girth work, 30-40 mins of DLDs [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Blasters, 15 mins of Hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches while doing the DLDs [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] GBs.

Repeat and monitor EQ and increases in BPFSL more closely. I am at a 8" BPFSL currently so I hope to see that increase by about .125 (1/8") every 3-4 weeks. my only concern is that my girth does increase as my Length increases because at my current stats of NBPenis EnlargementL 7x5.25 I think I need to increase girth while increasing length. If I only gain length than I am going to start having a long skinny dick which I dont want. In fact, I would be happy to just see girth increases over the next 8 weeks. I would much rather reach 6" EG before reaching 8" NBPenis EnlargementL.
My goal for the next 8 weeks will be to get to NBPenis EnlargementL 7.25 x 5.5.

30 min hybrid sock stretch.

This is a stretch that Stillwantmore2 made which is essentially the sock stretch combined with the footlong stretch. You have a circle of fabric (I used three tube socks tied together) and wrap one end around you dick near the base and the other around your foot. I really liked this because it was of course a crazy intense stretch like the regular sock stretches, but I was able to hold each stretch for 5 minutes because my leg isn't going to fatigue. I suggest anyone doing sock stretches to try these.

I also found that my BPFSL increases from 8.0" to 8.25" immediately after my stretch routine so I am hopeful that this will soon be permanent and continue to increase over the next month.

I cant wait to move across the country next month and get out of my parents house. The only problem is Im going with a friend and for the first month we're going to be in a hotel room. I can see now that it is going to be even harder than living at home to be able to do my full routines. Kinda weird to be in the bathroom for 30+ minutes at a time.

I have been noticing that my flaccid is hanging longer and fuller on the days I do my girth workout and even into the next day. Good signs! BPFSL was 8.25" After the stretching. I have not measured it yet the next day but it is a good sign and Im sure it will start to permanently staying that length.

Good expansion but I still wish I could push the intensity but whenever I do that I get too much fluid. I feel like I am not able to increase the expansion from one session to the next because of this. Hopefully what I am able to do will still bring gains.

I read the whole thread of Supra's Super Slammers and I got very intrigued so I had to give it a go today. I did 4 reps and on the 5th one I accidentally busted when I was doing the edging part. I guess there is a very fine line with stopping at the ponr and just going past it. I was seeing great expansion during the four reps but I felt like it went away real fast because I ejaculated. I might try these again tomorrow super setting with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Im not sure if anyone has done this but that could be huge! haha
 
Supra Slammers are tough to get through but when you do they bring excellent expansion.

I gave the supra slammers another go.

10 super slammers followed by 10 min in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

I got less expansion than doing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth blasters but with less fluid buildup. I really need to get another cock ring to help keep those post workout pumps.

Quick question for you: I have been doing the DLD girth blasters/Bathmate routine for awhile and wanted to see what your experience of it was like. More specifically, when I do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] reps, I generally have to restimulate myself after each time. So, I start with a 80%-90% erection level at the beginning, and after a minute or so, am at about 40%-50%. I just restimulate myself and do the next one, which takes about 30-45secs between each rep of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. Are you maintaining and erection throughout or is this how it is for you? Thanks!

Yeah I usually have to re stimulate myself back to full erection after a long [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] rep. Towards the end of my girth workout it usually takes a little longer than the first set of SSJs. I also notice it will depend a lot on my arousal level, the hornier I am the easier it is to maintain and return that erection during the entire girth workout. For example, sometimes if I am really focused and into my session I will come out of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] at about 85% erection level, and other times its more like 50-60%.

Today I decided to try one of Reds methods of using a condom during pumping to try and reduce the fluid buildup. My girth workout looked like this:

Good expansion, not as much as my usual 30 minute workout, but I didn't get very much fluid at all. I may try this again and do my normal workout. Hopefully the condom will allow me to pump at a slightly higher pressure for greater expansion without more fluid.
