I have been doing this routine for about two weeks and the results are great so far. I have great PI's and by the fourth morning after a workout my morning woods are back 100% and I'm ready to workout again. Hopefully after about a month I can up the routine to 1 on/ 2 off instead of 1 on/ 3 off. I will check back in bi-weekly to keep this thread updated. Oh, I started again with a 5.0" mseg. My goal is to reach 5.5" by my birthday on May 8th 2013.

I measured about a week ago and my new stats are 7.25'' BP x 5.125'' MSEG. So I gained .25"x.125". Not great but hey its gains. Also, I have to admit that I only averaged 1 on, 3 off for the past two months. With a few stretches of 4 off instead. Now for the past week I have been doing 1 on, 2 off. I feel this schedule is still plenty of rest now that I am getting more conditioned, but I will get in a few more workouts a month.
I'll be back in a month or so with updates and hopefully gains.
