I wanted to keep todays workout somewhat less intense because I am going out soon. My friend met this cougar on his way back home a couple weeks ago and by pure chance she is coming to to visit a friend right near where I live. Well to make the story short, she is single now and likes the young guys. So last night goofing around she was texting my friend and wanted pictures of him. Well he isn't single so he tells me to take a pic and he'll send it to her. Apparently she liked what she saw and wants to meet me, so that is where I'm at now. Heading off to some small town and small sketchy bar to hopefully pick up this older chick. If it pans out I'll be back with a story for you guys.
 
what on earth is the mandingo stretch? do you think he did Penis Enlargement or was just born with that? i have a lot of black freinds and my best freind told me he has been doing Penis Enlargement since he ever touched his penis, lol...hes been stretching on a non consistant basis since he was like 9 hahaha

that was my favorite when i did manual...but i never saw results besides increase in flaccid size..ill have to get back into that, throw it inbetween hanging after i fix up cirrulation

I think I am going to start doing 1 day on 1 day off because yesterday I noticed I had great EQ compared to today when I was doing my girth session. I guess it could also be that I was more in the mood.

Today was my scheduled measuring day and I have no gains to report. I wasn't expecting any length gains because I haven't been doing much length work at all but I did get in 35 girth sessions over the past 8 weeks. I looked back to the first 8 weeks I used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and I gained .25" girth with only 21 sessions using DLDs [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth blasters. I guess I need to go back to what works; intense girth sessions with plenty of healing time in between. I think I am now just going to do DLDs girth blasters every other day for the next two months and see how it goes.

Very sensible reaction and very mature. When things are not coming to fruition it is important to reevaluate your plan. With your extensive history and progress to look back on you will be able to carefully see what you need to change.

Thanks DLD, I always try to look at things from a logical standpoint. If something worked, why? If something didn't work, why not? I think i just got too comfortable after seeing some good gains in two months that this time around I was more random. I did have 35 girth sessions but I noticed some of them were half assed, and I also noticed that I didn't have a consistent schedule. I would do like 3 days in a row of girth work then take 4 days off. I think if I can do 1 on, 1 off consistently I will see some good results again. SO, with that being said this is my new schedule that I think I can following fairly easily and should see some nice gains in both length and girth:

Day 1: Length. wear my silicone sleeve as long as I can to help flaccid increase, 15 min of sock stretches, and possibly some mandingo stretches

Day 2: Girth. Wear my silicone sleeve before girth work, 30-40 mins of DLDs [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Blasters, 15 mins of Hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches while doing the DLDs [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] GBs.

Repeat and monitor EQ and increases in BPFSL more closely. I am at a 8" BPFSL currently so I hope to see that increase by about .125 (1/8") every 3-4 weeks. my only concern is that my girth does increase as my Length increases because at my current stats of NBPenis EnlargementL 7x5.25 I think I need to increase girth while increasing length. If I only gain length than I am going to start having a long skinny dick which I dont want. In fact, I would be happy to just see girth increases over the next 8 weeks. I would much rather reach 6" EG before reaching 8" NBPenis EnlargementL.
My goal for the next 8 weeks will be to get to NBPenis EnlargementL 7.25 x 5.5.

I didn't have the privacy to superset these so this was better than nothing but definitely didn't get the usual expansion.
What a great weekend, I got to use my extra girth last night and by the comments I got I know she was liking it. Damn I was probably not even at 5.5" girth by the time we got to bed so I can't even imagine what reactions I am going to get once I get close to the 6" girth range! For all those guys who already have that, you must be rockin their world.
 
As I have always said, the best measurement is her pleasure and compliments.

9/5/10:

30 min hybrid sock stretch.

This is a stretch that Stillwantmore2 made which is essentially the sock stretch combined with the footlong stretch. You have a circle of fabric (I used three tube socks tied together) and wrap one end around you dick near the base and the other around your foot. I really liked this because it was of course a crazy intense stretch like the regular sock stretches, but I was able to hold each stretch for 5 minutes because my leg isn't going to fatigue. I suggest anyone doing sock stretches to try these.

Yeah they are great, not much pressure on the glans and easy to hold for several minutes.

Unfortunately I dont think I can continue doing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches because the pulling causes too much pressure which leads to lots of fluid buildup. I have been doing the hybrid sock stretches and those are very intense so maybe I will just start doing those everyday. Its really disappointing though because the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches are so intense and I can tell they would work fast.

Girth will be later tonight. I am also noticing improved EQ from doing intense girth workouts every other day. I am now waking up with great morning wood which kind of went away during the past two months when I was trying to do as many girth workouts as possible. Hopefully with this improved EQ I will see some gains as I did with my first two months doing DLDs [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth Blasters. I also found that my BPFSL increases from 8.0" to 8.25" immediately after my stretch routine so I am hopeful that this will soon be permanent and continue to increase over the next month.

I noticed this too, orgasms are so much more explosive.

I used to do these but not long enough to see gains. They are super intense and after reading the entire thread about them I have a lot of faith that they will bring some gains.

I was planning on doing girth today but its now 10:30pm and I am kinda feeling too lazy to do the workout.

I cant wait to move across the country next month and get out of my parents house. The only problem is Im going with a friend and for the first month we're going to be in a hotel room. I can see now that it is going to be even harder than living at home to be able to do my full routines. Kinda weird to be in the bathroom for 30+ minutes at a time.
