I hope these hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches are worth it because they do not feel very good at all. I only did two sets because I am easing into the stretches and getting myself used to pumping at full pressure to be able to stretch without losing suction.

What do you mean do not feel good? They hurt or they do not feel productive?
 
They hurt! which means that im sure they are doing the job but man they are actually kinda painful, but as soon as I stop pulling I dont feel any pain.

Now serious, combine the sock stretch with the footlong stretch and you are going to feel fire in your ligaments. It is called the "hybrid stretch" , if you want to look it up in the forums.

YUP, Sock Stretches really do their thing. If you have not tried them guys give it a go.
 
Yeah I highly recommend them. After about 6 weeks of the regular basic stretches I was having trouble getting a good intense stretch with just my hands. One night I was searching for more intense stretches and found the sock stretch. They are so intense and easy to hold for awhile. Only stretch so far that I can really feel in my ligs.

So just for the hell of it I decided to count how many sessions I have done over the past 7 weeks while keeping this progress thread. I am not sure if I even wrote all of them down but I managed to log 32 sessions which is about 5 per week. I feel I have put in about 80% effort in over this time so if I have gained then I can't wait to see what I can do when I go all out. I have had a hard time adjusting to my new work schedule so I think I can manage to get in a couple more sessions each week.

For some reason lately I haven't been getting huge expansion but i have been remaining much more erect during the whole girth routine. Sometimes I feel like when Im rock hard its more difficult to get good expansion from the SSJs because I cant really push down that hard because there is no give. Very minimal fluid build up though so thats good.
 
Measuring Day yesterday, GAINS!

So the day has come, I measured and here are the results. These are the gains from the start of my new routine on 5/11/10.

BPenis EnlargementL: 7.5 (+.25)
MSEG: 5.25 (+.25)
BPFSL: 8.125

NBPFL: 4.5 (+1.25) from beginning on 3/22/10
MSFG: 4.5 (no starting measurement)

So there they are! I am pleased with the gains, especially the quarter inch gain in girth. I need to get a cock ring for post workout to increase this for next time. I thought I was going to gain a little more in length because I had such a quick jump in BPFSL, however that was a quick gain with the introduction of mandingo/sock stretches and didn't continue at that rate. I do have hope, though, for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] hardcore stretches as I just started those a week ago and they seem very promising. So I guess I will measure again in two months on 9/1/10.

Session went great, I think I am going to get in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches everyday and every other day Ill do the full girth workout with the stretches. stealing one from chiliwhackers book :)

Girth:
3 sets of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth blasters. Temp gain of 1/2" (5.75"). I felt good expansion I just wish I could do a few more sets before the fluid starts to show up. I would use less pressure but the stretches require enough to pull on without losing suction. It always seems like the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is a fine balance of getting intense workouts with watching for the fluid. The guys who dont get the fluid are quite lucky. Two hours late I got an erection in bed and decided to measure the girth. I was still sporting a .25" temp girth increase! looking good, but I really need to get my lazy ass to a sex shop and get a cock ring.
 
Well I did a little math and if I continue with my current gain rate then I will reach 8.25-8.5 x 6 BPenis EnlargementL by 1/1/11. And by the 1 year mark at the end of March next year I could be around 9x6.25. If I can reach that by one year I will probably just switch to maintenance. The more I see myself growing above 7x5 I am starting to realize just how huge a 9x6 would be. Well now all I got to do is stay motivated and consistent and the worst that could happen is reach that goal before one year!
