My girth session today was great. I took a slightly different approach but I was pleased with the results.

I decided to go 10 minutes this time to see what kind of expansion I could get. Today was the first day that I got to full pumping pressure and stayed there most of the sets. At full pressure I also hit a new length record of about 190-192mm which is just about 7.5"! I also had record rings around the base but I can just ignore those. I was planning on doing another 5 min superset but decided to cut it short since I was pushing the pressure. At the end of this girth session I hit .5" of temp expansion. If i can continuously hit this kind of expansion I know i will see some girth gains.
 
So I was browsing the forum for more intense stretches because I dont want to give up on the basic stretches, I believe these are the basis for gains, when I came across the sock stretch. I figured this would be perfect because after 7 weeks of regular basic stretches I feel like i had grip issues (even with baby powder) and just couldn't pull hard enough. I know the goal isn't to be sore but I have never felt anything the next day.

Anyways, I did two sets in all directions for 45 seconds: downward, left, right, and straight up. All i can say is HOLY SHIT these are intense and the best part is I and putting way less stress on my glans. DLD you are a true master and innovator! Without a doubt these are one of my new favorite stretches. No more basic stretches for me, only sock stretches from now on.

So, i think my manual stretching routine will now consist of blue whales mandingo stretch, DLDs double bundled tunica stretches, sock stretches in all directions, and lazy ass stretches for an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] kind of thing. I was so excited after doing these that i just had to post it because i feel they will really unlock new gains.
 
I did a length and girth routine today.

I think this is going to be my new length routine:

- 10 min mandingo stretch
- sock stretches: 3 sets of 45 seconds down, left, right, and up. This is my second time doing these and they are the most intense stretch ive done. Plus they dont pull out my skin at the base.
- 10 min mandingo stretch
- DLDs double bundled Tunica stretch: 5 sets each side for 45 seconds each
- Lazy ass stretches as much as possible throughout the day. I usually do 20-30 minutes per set.

Girth workout today:

I decided to try a little longer in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] today just to mix it up and see what works best.

-10 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 5 min SSJs, 10min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 5 min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] At the end of this I got .5" of temp girth gains but in 20 minutes I realized I had more fluid build up. From now on I am going to stick with the 5min supersets. To increase expansion I am going to start adding more sets and hopefully work up to a total time of 25min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 25 min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. Im thinking that by the time I get to this I will see almost .75" expansion.

Thanks DLD, it took me a little experimenting and LOTS of reading but I think I found some exercises that work well for me. Now im just crossing my fingers for the 6 weeks mark when Ill measure and compare to the first 6 weeks or so of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. I really wish your blaster stretches worked better for me after reading how much people gain on them. The problem is I dont feel a stretch in the ligs at all. I think this is due to my low LOT and low erection angle. Oh well, I think this routine should work.
 
Not every exercise works the same for everyone and it is wise to venture off and find what works best for you. I look forward to your gains.

- 5 sets per side of DLDs double bundled tunica stretch for 45seconds
- lazy ass stretches as much as i can throughout the day.
 
So I just decided to measure my bone pressed flaccid stretch for the hell of it to check if my new stretches are working yet and I have gains! I have only been doing my new routine for about 11 days and I am now up to 8" exactly. Last time I measured which was about two weeks ago I was 7.75" stretched length so thats a .25" in two weeks! Man this got me so pumped and even more motivated to not miss a day with this routine. Cant wait until my official BPenis EnlargementL measurement in 4 more weeks.
 
I took yesterday off completely because I was feeling fatigued and sore, which is new to me. Today I did my length routine but couldn't find enough privacy to use my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] so I decided to bring back the jelqs.

- 10 min mandingo stretch
- sock stretches: 3 sets for 45 seconds left, right, down, up
- 10 min mandingo stretch
- DLDs double bundled tunica stretch: 5 sets for 45 seconds per side
- Lazy ass stretches for about an hour

- later on I did 20 minutes of jelqing.

Tomorrow will be full length and girth routine.
 
Full length routine today

The manual stretches felt really intense. I think these are going to lead to big gains for me. Unfortunately, I only got to do one set of 5 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and 5 min SSJs. I think I will jelq for 20 minutes later on tonight. Over the past two weeks I have also been doing a kegal routine of about 100 quick kegals, 100 5 sec holds, and a few minute squeezes. I have been really busy lately so hopefully I can get in a full week starting tomorrow.

Unfortunately I couldn't make up for my missed girth work today.. Same shit, not enough alone time/privacy.

So this is what I got done today:

450 jelqs with random SSJs thrown in

later on:
10 min mandingo stretch
5 sets per side of double bundled tunica stretch for 45seconds
about another 20 minutes of jelqing with some SSJs.

So overall this weekend kinda sucked for Penis Enlargement but at least I got my length routine in and some girth work. I should have more time the rest of the week to get back to my full routine.
 
I think that my intense kegal sessions and recent jelqing are paying off. I woke up with a huge erection this morning which hasn't happened in a while so I decided to take advantage of it and do my girth workout in the morning before my length workout.

Girth:
4 sets of DLDs [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Blasters of 5 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 5 min SSJs. Since I haven't been able to do much of a girth workout lately I stepped up the intensity by adding a set and I got an expansion of 5/8" this time putting me at a temp girth of 5 5/8". This was the best I have been able to get during my girth workouts. The session was intense and my dick looks kinda beat up but I think I am going to stick to 4 sets from now on.

Length will be later tonight. I also think that I am going to do wet jelqs every night from now on for penile health and to keep my EQ high.

I started off the day with girth

Later on in the evening i did my length work

-10 min mandingo stretch
-3 sets of sock stretches in all directions for 45 seconds
-10 min mandingo stretch

Hopefully I am going to get to jelqs again tonight
 
Well I was crazy busy this weekend but I did manage to get in a few sessions. Im going to be back at it tonight with both girth and length. The only problem Im having now is with my new job im working the same hours as everyone else in my house so when I get home I no longer have the house to my self for [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] work.
