If you guys have any advice to help with gains that'd be awesome. My routine at the moment consists of the following:
MONDAY,WEDNESDAY,FRIDAY - LENGTH
*stretch down for 60 seconds, high intensity using both hands, ensuring I feel a stretch in the ligs
stretch down at left angle (as above, but getting a stretch on ligs on right side)
stretch down at right angle (as above, stretching ligs on left)
*After doing the above 3 sets for 60 seconds in each direction (with a quick massage of the head inbetween sets) I perform BTC stretches for 60 seconds on each side
- I repeat the above exercises 3 times, and then perform 30 strong kegels with my penis in a flaccid stretched possition, upwards touching my belly button
THURSDAY, FRIDAY - GIRTH
