Didn't have time for more Penis Enlargement yesterday. Unfortunately it shows that I took saturday & sunday completely off. I jerked off an hour ago, and I could just feel that my dick was smaller in my hands, I could also see it, but since I know the mind plays tricks on you, I had to meassure to be sure. Turns out I was right, my girth was only 13 cm, as opposed to 13.3 - 13.5 from last measure, and I really thought that was cemented! It's crazy how easily you notice just a few mm decrease in girth, and it makes you think you're much smaller than you are. I felt for sure as if I was back to the old 12,5 cm, luckily it wasn't that bad!

I don't think taking a break is a very good thing when I'm not working my dick more than I do atm. I could probably go on 7 days a week no problem, as long as I don't do PC training every day.

I dont know how much science proves that cumming decreases testosterone, but I figure if youre going to masturbate, edging (and not cumming) is better for Penis Enlargement
Even before I discovered Penis Enlargement and edging, the majority of the time I would just masturbate until the PONR and try to keep it there without cumming, for some reason this just felt better for me.
Whereas cumming makes me immediately relaxed and turned off, I think edging helps to keep testosterone levels and motivation for Penis Enlargement up. i always found that I didnt really care about my penis size immediately after cumming. (ever try Penis Enlargement'ing after ejaculating? for me its very difficult and my motivation is way down)

Pretty decent workout today, I'm pleased to see/feel that I've regained my dick size from previously. Don't know what happened a few days ago, but I was definitely smaller down there, and didn't feel horny at all.

Last night I was with my girl, and even though she had her period, I 'cheek fucked' her till I came, and man it was awesome. I'd been fucking horny the whole day, and had generally been in a better mood than usual (dunno why, perhaps because I started lifting weights again) so I had spontaneous erections several times throughout the day. Kinda like the first few days after I started to Penis Enlargement originally. Hey man, I know EXACTLY what you're talking about here. In general when I cum, especially in the morning, I feel almost indifferent, and not motivated at all. Although it doesn't always interfere with my decision of whether to train or not.
But still, I do feel much more 'game' and energized before ejaculation.

Sometimes if I'm not going to lift weights, I do ejaculate in the morning, and sometimes I catch myself just lying there in my bad doing nothing for 15-20, as if the clock stops ticking from the moment I've cum. That on its own is very dis encouraging, and I don't know why it happens (but in a way it makes sense I guess).
It's never like that when I cum right before sleeping, that just makes me feel good and relaxed :)

I did 20 mins of jelqing before bed last night. Followed by testicle massaging (I'm starting to like this one)

Today I did 10 min of basis stretching and 10 min of jelqing, and 5 min of testicle massaging.

In future I will probably split it up, so that I only stretch in the shower, & jelq in bed. Mostly because it's annoying to stay in the shower 1½ hours a day. But also because it's easier to edge when you can just put adult entertainment on the tv while in bed :)

I've started to slowly add up the reps of the resiflex, it's a very good way to locate the PC muscle, but I find it hard to hold my dick in place :p, I don't know why I haven't bought some powder yet, I obviously need it, also for stretching.

Lately I haven't felt horny so horny but meanwhile training and dieting has been great.. so dunno whats going on, my testosterone is fine, I know that.

I will do a lot of kegeling today, I always seem to forget about it. I can feel that it's getting easier when doing it though.

I need to get better at doing '100 %' in more areas at once. I find it difficult to focus 100% on Penis Enlargement, and training, AND diet all at once.
 
Okay time for something new. I'm really tired of not gaining anything girth-wise. Also the 13.3-13.5 cm girth i had just weeks ago, is seldom showing, only sometimes in the morning when I have it 100% erect, mostly it's just 12.5 - 13 cm. I don't really get it, as I'm very consistent with my jelqing, and doing more and more PC work.

Did 20 mins of jelqs in the shower yesterday, and started on doing horizontal movement again. It appears today that the horizontal helped temporary, but I really want to cement my 13.3+ cm.

Length I'm not worrying so much about, I know how to get it, but a solid rock hard, and thick dick is so much more important that length right now. I'm pretty satisfied with my 15-16 NBPL cm as of now, now it's time to make my dick hard and full, every time it's erect!

I will start clamping for real very soon. I've read Red's constrictor guide a couple of times now, and I believe this is what I need to reach my desired girth.
Will order some clamps tonight, but for now I made a custom clamp with a shoetie. Much to my surprise it worked pretty well, and fast. Almost immedialy after putting it on, and doing a couple of kegels, my girth went to around 13.4, and when squeezing hard even 13.7 cm.

Took a new picture of my penis next to a can. Will keep this can and take another picture, when I've done clamping for a month or so.

The Can is 14.5 cm / 5,7 inches in circumference, and 20 cm / 7,8 inches in length.

My goal long term goal is to archive same measurement in girth, and perhaps the same in length, although 7 inches NBPL would be fine for me. Girth is above anything else.
 
Hah, I just discovered that my ROP is an excellent clamp on its own. I pretty much stopped believing in it's benefits, but if there's one thing it did give me, it was increased flaccid girth.
Now I cut it a bit shorter so it fits nicely around my root. Not perfect obviously, as it's square & round, but it does slow down blood flow and works pretty nicely for edging :)
