Hello everybody! I'm new to this great forum, and the Penis Enlargement universe in generel. :)

I'm 22 years old, live a healthy life, eating 4-6 meals a day, including a ton of good supplements, such as fishoil, ZMA, Whey, flax seeds, hemp oil, and most recently began using Horny Goat Weed and Maca.
I also just started to take Amino acid supplements; L-Arginine HCL & L-Citrulline DL-Malate (from pure bulk) after reading about the advantages here on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].

I'm been Penis Enlargement'ing for around 2 months now, doing basic routines like; wet jelqing, stretches, Kegeling, but also been experimenting a little with squeezes, A-stretch/V-stretch and uli's, as it appears my penis adapts pretty quick to the pressure from the basic exercises

A couple of weeks ago, I purchased the (in)famous ROP 'Ring of Power', as some threads actually convinced me it wasn't a complete hoax, although I was skeptic!

My experience with the ROP: 1st week, it definitely appeared something was happening, I experienced almost immediate (within hours) a bigger flaccid hang, and my balls felt heavier, and hang lower. As for horniness, I felt lille difference if any. It also appeared the veins on my penis became more prominent, however that could easily be from Penis Enlargement'ing alone.
After about 10 days, the effects sorta stagnated, and it actually felt as if my penis got smaller (not smaller than starting point, prior to Penis Enlargement), and my balls started to not hang so much anymore (although the weather could easily be a factor, its STONE cold atm in Scandinavia)
So I have mixed feelings about it, I do believe some of the effects were mental/placebo, hence the ROP does work in some areas (I don't care if something is placebo, as long as it works, the power of the mind is unbelievable!), and I'm pretty sure it made my flaccid penis more full (sort of like a penis ring i guess).


As of now I've been a bit lazy with blogging, or rather forgetful, but that's going to change from now on!

I made the mistake of not really taking measurements nor pictures in the beginning, why? Because deep inside I really didn't believe in this stuff.. my mind set has changed though!

Can't really meassure flaccid length/girth, as it keeps changing since I removed the ROP. Sometimes it's 10 cm [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FL[/words], sometimes it's 11 cm, sometimes girth is 10 cm, somtimes it's 11,5 cm. While using the ROP, it was more consistent... which is interesting. (Taking a break from the ROP atm)

Of course I can't find my stiff meassure now, so I used the roler for length as of now.

I don't know precisely how much I've gained during Penis Enlargement, but I know my girth was round 12,5 cm 3-4 months ago, so I probably gained, 0,5 - 0,8 cm there, as for length I think around 1 cm.

Other than that, my penis feels much fuller, harder, and veiny than ever before. Now I just need to be more consistent with blogging, AND especially PC exercising, which I've been slacking at.. a lot!

It's funny how, our minds fuck with us, sometimes I feel as if nothings happening down there, like just today before taking pictures, I felt a bit small, and not satisfied, then I took the pictures and realized, I'm not THAT small, and I really like my girth/head size!

The story of my current sex life

Observations
I really noticed the PC workout from Thursday, yesterday morning when I woke up, my penis felt more hard and full. It's amazing how quickly you notice it.
I also noticed that the long dorsal vein has gotten considerably bigger, and it's weird cause it looks like it has grown like 20% since a couple of workouts ago, or perhaps I just didn't notice how prominent it was before? Dunno. I assume it's a sign of my penis adapting to the increased bloodflow demand.

Also my PC muscle felt a lot bigger yesterday when erect, for the first time I could REALLY feel how the backside of my shaft is divided into 3 'sections'.

You're right about the foreplay thing. Some women need lots of foreplay. It's so different from woman to woman. I was with one 6 months ago, who was completely wet already before I started touching her (only talked dirty), and that really turned me on (and had no problems performing there). My girlfriend though doesn't get wet as easy, which can be a bit frustrating.

Observations
I'm starting to cement the newly aquired hardness of my penis for real now. I can just feel its much more solid, and stays that way for longer periods of time without stimulation. Also my head is MUCH bigger than just a couple of weeks ago. Actually at some points, when I'm seriously aroused, it is bigger than the rest of my shaft (girthwise) which means it's around 13,5 cm in circumference!

Training felt okay today, did some edging for 20 min in the morning and afternoon. I know I shouldn't but I measured my mid-girth again today, and the ruler said 13,5 cm (+0.2) when I was the most erect, so it appears it's growing although not cemented. Will wait a couple of weeks till I measure again, and then I will seriously start to think about clamping. I really want to increase girth, much more than length!

Hmm tunica streching seems to be a problem for me.. when ever I stretch up, it's as if nothing really happens no matter how much I pull, it's just not the same sensation as in the other directions. i will help you because i have felt the same pain, not because i get limp etc but because when i was doing a night shift, my penis would sometimes go limp when i only had 2-4 hours sleep but when i was fresh i could cum 10 times and still have erections for more action.

First thing, get at least 7-8 hours sleep each day. Also get a latex adjustable cock ring, put it on when the penis is flaccid, and get an erection, know masturbate till you are about to cum but do not cum, repeat 4-5 times, then cum if you may, the side effect is more girth and erections of steel. Let me know how the sex changes!

I've been thinking about a cock ring, but I don't like the idea of having it on while having sex, it's as much a turn off, as wearing a condom, for me I mean.

Do you mean I should practice with a cock ring when I'm alone, and do edging (without cumming) so that my erections will be harder when I'm with my girl (without the ring!) ??

Okay training,

I hear a lot of people talk about how they never really fatigue their PC muscle, and can just go on and on. I feel different, to me it seems to work best every 2nd day, otherwise I get not 'weak' but weaker erections the following day. That will probably change as I adabt to the training though.

It also feels as if stretches, fatigues my dick more than jelqing, I can just go on and on with jelqs, but I'm not sure if it's helping that much to do countless of reps, but then again in bodybuilding, HIGH reps build endurance so.. I guess a combination of high reps days and low reps with more pressure COULD be the way to go, but then again the penis isn't a muscle.. so so..

This morning I was at my girls house, unfortunately she has her period now, but damn my dick was hard as steel, almost penetrated through my pants while pressing myself up against her :P
I really need to time my Penis Enlargement sessions, so that I'm completely fresh when I'm with her.
