All of the brothers went through a period of initial trials, errors, and adjustments. Some can't handle PE because it's time intensive, and takes quite a bit of personal discipline. If you believe it's as easy as slapping on an extender, use it for a few hours a day, and you'll gain like a monster, ignore those overhyped theories. As brother huge-girth indicated, tool investment is needed to optimize your gains. Length Master is mainly used for breaking the tissues down for length routine, followed by All Day Stretcher (ADS), extender, and passive wrap to keep a low to moderate traction load all day long to allow the soft tissues to be remodeled and lengthened. There is no miracle. It's all hard work.

For girth, there are many pumps. The best one, no fanfare and electronics to mess up, is the MityVac. Our guru DLD and his team came up with a design and stuck by it. It has three safety systems, a reinforced design to prevent collapse, the whole community here to assist you, and the parts are guaranteed for life by MoS. Quite a few of us here have been around for the past two decades, and we'll gladly provide proper guidance.

Start out with DLDs Newbie Routine. Should be on this site still.
After that get into SRT. Although you can be using the principles from that starting today. But make sure you don't overdo it.
And everything that @oldandlively already said.

@DLD Hi, I’ve been around for a while but I never said anything until now. I’ve been doing some light jelqing and stretching on and off but never stuck to any routine. I’m looking to gain length and girth with nothing but manual exercises. I just simply don’t have the privacy to order the tools that would make things progress faster. Is there any routine I could stick too for the fastest gains for length and girth using the manual method? I have time during bathroom breaks, taking a shower, and night time everyday. Thank you!🙏 😁

Without tools, your best plan is the newbie routine. This is completely manual and will bring very good growth.
 
My gains with dates are in my signature. But within a 4 year period I gained about 2 inches length and 3/4-1 inch in girth

If that's the case, try to do a:

1 x 5 minutes 2.5kg
1 x 15 minutes of 1.5kg

That should be within the realm of a blister-free zone, while providing tissue full relaxation.
