I tried increasing the tension of the extender by turning the gears/hand screws at the bottom both at the same time, but only one side is the piston moving. Am I missing something?

For the Stealth Stretcher, which is similar to Size Genetic and JES extenders, try to screw the unit without any load first. Retract both sides to the very bottom. And then tighten the side that has a bottom to see if that side is working properly. Sometimes, when dirt, grease, skin, or even hair gets into the screw system, things get jammed up. Happens to my JES all the time.

Also look at the body of the screw to se if there's any "flushing" point, where grease, hair, skin, or grime causes the threads to flush flat, causing the threads not to work properly. Clean up that impact point with a bit of alcohol and a gentle brush. For me, I use a toothpick because the threads were so impacted with my dead skin.

No. Just making sure the threads are not worn out, impacted, or damaged in anyway. Once you confirm it's working without any issue, you don't have to retract it each time. But at the same time, don't screw it so far out that the extended threads are over-stressed, causing the threading rods to shift, bend, or strip. I rather add extra rod extension in, be 0.25in, 0.5in, or 1in. Made my life easier.

Definitely. The DLD Blasters with full erection..wow. That's some intense exercise if you can actually do it.

I have been doing Kegels since I basically started.
And to be honest, they have not given me the results I expected, yet :/
Well to be honest they have, but not as frequently as I want to.

SSJ is not a miracle exercise. It's a combination exercise with others to help in strengthening the tissues and to improve building blood vessels. The result can vary from person. Your body will tell you immediately as things start to change, not just visual changes, but also internal changes. An example is a sudden overboost of erection quality. The second is the night time, or early morning, extreme erections. Tale tell signs of strengthen blood vessels and new phases of groths.

And as a side question:
What benefits do Kegels have for women and anal sex?

When females use kegels, they build pelvic floor muscle strength and tighten their vaginal canal. That means stronger anal sphincter muscles as well. The can be quite beneficial to easily push waste out of the anal, and tighten up the penis inside the anal canal. The stronger the pelvic floor, the stronger the blood flow for the female. Females benefit more than male in this arena since higher blood flow and concentration is better for childbearing, or less menstrual cramping and bleeding during the monthly cycle. That doesn't happen to all females, but quite a few do.

So far I've always attached as low on the shaft as possible when hanging with the LM. As well as when I do manual stretches with it. Now, is there any upside attaching as close below the glans as possible? I tried it once or twice, and I can do the bundled stretches way easier, but I'm way more careful when stretching that way, just in case. But is there any upside to that or any downside always attaching low on the shaft? Should I alternate?
Like of course when I'm vac-hanging it is right below the glans, but for stretching
 
Be careful with that as you're doing the direct. You don't want to cause a break in your tunica and end up with other other issue other issues. Please, my brothers be gentle and easy on yourself.

Yes, you can use the LM's plates and attach as close to the glans as you want. What DLD is trying to say is to don't go too high on total weight load. Too much weight load can pull too hard on the plates, which is very close to the glans. If you place the plate half way or near the base of the penis, you can go quite high since the plate is using the ligs and muscles rather than just the tunica and septum near the glans.

How much is too much? 6lbs is considered as the average point. 10lbs may be way too much. Going up to this weight should only to be attempted after you are fully conditioned over the months of the journey.

So far I've only tried attaching below the glans when stretching, but not with compression hanging. I guess I won't try that for now. Although sometimes the LM moves down (a bit) towards the glans as time progresses when hanging, but I guess that's normal.

For bundled stretches I do prefer higher/below the glans, but for regular stretches I like to be lower/down the shaft. But since I don't want to reattach the LM once I'm in it, I might alternate for now. As for hanging so far I've only tried a slight twist during vac-haning once.
