Yup, remove the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words], strap into the Bundle Chamber and add the weight. Simple!

Yeah you could go straight from manuals to hanging, crazy enough never thought about that. Always thought about hanging with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] as a separate event from manuals when it actually could be quite seamless, just another part of the routine.

Btw, I noticed that the leather-comfort-pad is coming off again.
I might have to glue it back on with gorilla glue again.

Well... there was Halloween and the day after and I wasn't at home... so, yeah, but I did do bathroom-stretches... I hope to get something in the rest of the week even if it is just a lil bit

I haven't done "as much" PE as I liked to over the past couple of weeks, but I try to keep it up.

I still do stretches during bathroom breaks, use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words]-Bandage pretty much every night.

And do 20 minutes of erect/erect bundled stretches during Edging and when I have more than two Edging sessions per week I do some girth work like SSJs, Redz Frendo, DLD-Bends during Edging

Well, it probably isn't that bad, if it weren't for all this off-days. More privacy would definitely help me a lot.

Breaks aren't always that bad. They can be sometimes helpful for other areas of life.

It happened to me, I got to hang 12-14 pounds and now that I started again a year and a half later I had to start from ground zero.
