Monday: Edging
It's time for some big troubleshooting!!!
Since I had a few off-days, I decided to take a measurement and I made
NO GAINS everything stayed the same BPEL, BPFSL and EG
And due to RL reasons I cannot use my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for the most part - at least for now, it's just to visible.
has anyone ever tried hanging but attaching behind the testicles?
Wouldn't that be like an extreme expressive stretch? Or would it be too dangerous?
Maybe I should get into bundled hanging? Or instead of BTTH (behind the testicle hanging) attach below the head.
Right now I'm at 7kg or 15lbs
I do 10-20mins of erect/erect bundled stretches with and equal ratio once or twice a week while edging (using my hands).
I use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] for pretty much any kind of stretching and attach as low as possible, except when I do DLD-Blasters of bundled stretches and attach below the head, but I sometimes switch it up and attach lower.
I either do 30-60 minutes edging or 10minutes DLD-Blasters to exhaust the PC muscle. Depending on what I feel like and how much time I have.
I do 5min bundled stretches before my length routine
And do either 5 minutes of light jelqing or use a warm washcloth to warm-up/down or take a shower
Edging -> Warm-up -> bundled
Warm-up -> DLD-Blasters -> bundled

Sometimes I start with BTC- and sometimes with Straight-Up-Stretches:

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3

Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
