Yup, just be sure to use a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] type technique while doing the exercise. It is described in the thread but we will definitely need a video, hope to get videos shot soon for the newest exercises. Every year there are more and more. Anyway, try using that methodology when doing the exercise.

Since I had two off days I decided to take a measurement after all.

BPEL: slightly above 18.0cm or 7.1in
BPFSL: 18.5cm or 7.3in
EG: 13.5cm or 5.3in

I'm a bit disappointed, but the good thing is that my BPFSL is bigger than my BPEL.
I want to help increase my BPFSL so that I have room for future gains.
So I'll try to wear my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] very close to my BPFSL and possibly more than that.
And since girth work can help with length I'll add in some erect or flaccid jelqs here and there.
Maybe as warm-up/down or as a way to return good circulation when I can.
Basically like erect (bundled) stretches doing them here and there throughout the week.

Erect and bundled erect a few times per week and recently I started doing some light jelqing as part of my warm-down.
Most of my stretches are low-grip stretches, except for flaccid bundled and DLD-Blasters, where I attach below the glans, but sometimes I switch it up.

Obviously twists are done as you would with your hands.
