What I did since my last measurement

I only started to do sem-erect jelqs for the past two maybe three weeks as far as I can remember, before that "flaccid."
GIRTH ROUTINE:
  • 5min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] (80-100% erect with cock-ring)
  • 5min semi-erect Jelqs and a cock-ring on as long as I'm erect, once I'm flaccid I take it off to reach better under the fat pad (with coconut oil)
  • 5min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] (80-100% erect with cock-ring)
  • 5min semi-erect Jelqs and a cock-ring on as long as I'm erect, once I'm flaccid I take it off to reach better under the fat pad (with coconut oil)

  • Bundled Stretches in all possible directions 5min (downward l/c/r, straight out l/c/r, upwards l/c/r)
  • BTC Stretches left, right and center for 5min
  • Newbie Stretches in all possible directions with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] (downward l/c/r, straight out l/c/r, upwards l/c/r)
  • Testical Health for 5-6min


WEAR [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]EXTENDER[/words]
To return good circulation every 1-2 hours:
  • Exhaust P.C. Muscle by doing Kegels with upward stretch (1-2min)
  • Different stretches, but mostly Downward/BTC Stretches (3-4min)

No I'm not. It's just for the signature and since tomorrow (in about 5.5h) it's March 1st. I count todays measurement as March-measurement.
I'll do my next one maybe in April, maybe later, maybe sooner depends.

I love that you are doing Sock Stretches, they are so powerful and so overlooked! Thanks for using an exercise that I thought would never get used!

I do 3-4 sets and usually start feeling fatigued after/while doing the second set.

Sunday was an off day, because I had friends coming over. Actually I stopped PE on Saturday late afternoon because of that and started today later afternoon too.

I don't know if I just haven't noticed my last 0.2" I gained but when I was edging today I "felt" longer than usual or maybe it was just temporary gains from the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

what are they? had a quick look in search function for shock stretches and couldn't see anything , never head of them before now
