Yesterday and sunday I just did some 2-3reps of 10-15min LAS and a few Kegels
And today during the day I did the Kegel pyramid and about 15mins LAS

Lazy Ass Stretch (10mins)
DLD-Blaster (10sec hold)
V-Stretches (8reps, 1min hold)
Internal Stretch (15reps, 1min hold)
Mandingo Stretch (10reps/side, 1min hold)
Lazy Ass Stretch (right now, maybe my new warm-down:)????)​

P.S. I noticed that after my workout my flaccid length is about 0.5inch bigger:)

Same here. If I'm in a good loose state, after a workout my flaccid stretch can be .5 inches longer than it is when it is in a tight state

Oddly enough, in Florida my flaccid is turtling much more than in Massachusetts. Maybe it is nerves or stress, who knows?

Looks like a great length only routine. To increase hardness you can do a few things. Kegels will be the best method of becoming stronger and more able to hold the blood. If I am correct you have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words], use that for short sets (5-10 minutes) to practice taking a lot of blood in and kegeling to keep it there. One of my favorite things is edging, this is great for guys who love adult entertainment and want to make it a part of their routine. As many know I have discovered that masturbation is highly beneficial to length work because after orgasm we are flooded with hormones and our penis is in a much more malleable, stretchable state where there is total fatigue until refractory period is done. Make sure you don't rely to heavily on the Lazy Ass Stretches. They are a great stretch for increasing flaccid length and training the penis to stay out of turtle position but there are much more powerful stretches you are doing that should play the bigger role like the A and Y stretches, Mandingo's, etc.

Why exactly do they "only" affect flaccid? Isn't there some correlation between flaccid and erect gains? (as above so below)

I have done Edging the last few days (20-40mins) with Ulis and Kegels shortly before the PONR.

Today - Girth:
Erect-OK-Jelqs (couple of hundreds, 300-400 at least)
7-8 Ulis (1minute hold)
1 SSJs (1minute hold)

And after that I couldn't hold it anymore :/
Maybe I'll still do some Edging and/or normal jelqs today.

P.S. Wearing the cock ring for about 15-20mins now

LAS (Lazy Ass Stretches) are great for training the penis to remain elongated and to avoid hurtling. They are not strong enough, intensity wise, to cause gains with any great speed. This is why they should be seen as supplementary not exclusive to a length routine.

And last week on Tuesday&Thursday - Length&Girth Workouts.
Maybe I'll add another workout this WE.

I did a measuring today.
My EQ was a bit off today and I gained 2kg/4.4pounds (maybe because of the muscle growth `cuz of going to the gym)

But it anyways:

Don't worry too much on erection quality, it will become 100% as you become more and more accustomed to the exercises. Fatigue is normal in the first year and even later when you start a more intense routine or exercise. I am happy you are making muscle gains, that is excellent.
