@MikeShlort: If my theory is valid, than it would explain why I lost some girth, or maybe it is my EQ (I stopped Kegels just safety, I'd them again tomorrow)

Anyways I did a measurement and like no change except my girth decreased >_<.

Straight-Up Stretch with Kegels (about 2-3mins)

How are you liking the Lazy Ass Stretches? They are my favorite when I have to sit for hours, I have not had my desk in months so I have not done them.
 
I like them... I just don't do them that often outside of my workout, because I do not know how much is too much regarding LAS.
There are length and girth exercises, are there actually any width exercises as well or does that come naturally with girth?

Today I did my gith-workout (although I couldn't last all the way through):
Ok-Jelqs (15mins)
Erect OK-Jelqs (about 400reps)
3SSJs (1min hold)​

LAS stretchers are both a passive and active stretch, meaning it is used to gain length and also to heal after length work is done. I wouldn't call it heavy but kinda time consuming though xD

I don't find it really necessary to warm-up while doing a girth workout, I mean, is it?

That is up to you and how your body responds to it, if a warm up does not help you in anyway you can just not do it.

Increase the intensity and reps before you include a new exercise. If you find stagnation with an increase in intensity and repetition I would than suggest a new or additional exercise.

I can't find the right thread now, but I saw you post an exercise on reducing the "fat pad"
And then in another post you said, that one cannot reduce it on its own.
Since that contradicts with each other, my question is, is it still effective to do the exercise?
