Munto, Are you using the reverse kegel when stretching? Be sure to reverse kegel while you are stretching, this will help you gain length much faster.

Actually yes I do... sometimes more, sometimes less but I try to incorporate it as much as I can.
It just feels a bit awkward sometimes o.O plus it's a new habit.

On monday I did a lot ... yesterday not that much but still a bit:)
Depending on my schedule tomorrow is either gonna be another off day or on day
Hopefully on^^.

I would think to try a pulse sequence of Kegel, Reverse Kegel, Kegel, Reverse Kegel, ....may be something to try.

I always do DLD-Blasters at the beginning so shouldn't that be enough to exhaust the PC-Muscle?

Yes that is plenty of time to exhaust the muscles but they still will have some pull in the stretch, this why the Reverse Kegel is used, as it helps force release these muscles.

Well to put it simply:
I believe that my cold warm-downs screw up my gains

I am not an expert on Penis Enlargement-Theory, so I do not know if this could be even possible
Just something I would like to figure out and consider

Why not heat for warm downs?
 
Ya you probably don't want to do a cool down if you're working girth. I would just tie off with a bathrobe cord and go to bed when I worked girth. I found that warming down caused my pump to shrink. Can imagine a cool down would do the same.
