I am gonna dry my girth-workout this week, to figure out, what works in what order (very important)

No Warm-up/down
GIRTH WORKOUT:
Erect Jelqs (400reps - 350 OK, 50 V)
Slow Squash Jelqs (10-15reps)
Tunica Tugs (for about 3mins to get my erection off, still not sure if it's girth or length :/)
Various Jelqs (about 1000, 900 OK, 100 V)​

I am gonna split my erection Workouts one at the beginning and one at the end.

You will want to attach it while the penis is erect and tighten it as the penis becomes semi-erect. You want to hold as much expansion in your penis as possible, using the cock ring will help the penis heal in more expansed state promoting faster girth gains.

Kegel Pyramid
Erect Jelqs (abit more than 300 - 310,320 or something like that)
Kegel workout in DLD-Blaster style (10sec hold)
Slow Squash Jelqs (5reps)​

I noticed that after doing (too much) Kegels, that my EQ just goes down hill:(...
What's the matter with that?
I'll do my other 5 SSJs later on probably in the evening.

Btw, I've about a 1cm/0.3937inch flaccid girth increase after 5reps of SSJs, pretty cool:)

As your pelvic floor muscles get stronger, through practicing kegels, you will not have the same issue. You can do the kegels anytime, so space them out enough that they do not mess with your girth work.

It should be worn after your girth work to keep the post workout pump for as long as possible. The idea is to heal in the expanded state.

There would be no real difference in when you did them as long as you are doing them. After your length workout you will want to wear your bandage for as long as you can in 30 minutes sets. With each rewrap be sure you are stretching your penis as long as you can. As far as remaining hard after a workout, Viagra maybe?

again, I did about 300 wet jelqs in the shower and when I woke up, I tried which cock ring fits best but is the tightest and wore it for 15mins with 100 quick kegels

I've got three different one's in various sizes:
1.25" * 1.25"
1.5" * 1.5"
2" * 2"​

The 1.5" one fits okay, but it isn't tight enough, I think :/.
I don't have any experience with cock rings... so I don't know how tight it should be.
