I was in europe for 2 months and a bit working. I'm back now. For some reason [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] was blocked on the network i was on, (along with facebook, and youtube, etc.)... Thunder's was not.. so I was posting on there for a while..

I try to Penis Enlargement everyday when I'm in the "I" phase (do a search for IPR theory). The weekends sometimes get blown off, but I try to avoid that.

When I am in the "R" phase I do zero Penis Enlargement. This phase typically lasts two months. The "I" phase is typically one month. So I guess you can say I do one month on, two months off. I have tried several different on-off cycles during my three years of Penis Enlargement, but think I am getting closer to the truth with longer rest periods.

easiest, fastest way to get gains is a mild steady routine. The most important ingredient in a Penis Enlargement routine in patience, and self love. If you 'hate' yourself, you will get impatient and easily head into 'over train' land and your growth comes to a screeching halt.

Hey guys, I haven't been on the forums much since last october, so I hope everyone is doing well. Just to give you guys an update, I haven't done any Penis Enlargement since my last stint back in September. But, I haven't lost any gains since that time. 2007 brought me a good 0.5" of erect length, bringing me to 7.25"

I'm getting ready to start back up, but I probably won't be visiting the forums as much. I am hoping to continue with the IPR regiment and finally get started with some chemical Penis Enlargement.
 
Still having trouble with finding chemical Penis Enlargement sources. But I have my whole life ahead of me to find them!

The past year, I have only done one month of Penis Enlargement, but I gained 1/8" in length (and somehow girth) bringing me to 7-3/8". This was from one hour every day of the static stretcher (heavy duty) for one month at maximum tension (11+ pounds). It has been a while since I have given an update on progress. In the past 2 years, I would say that 6 months has been spent actively Penis Enlargement'ing. Yet somehow, I have exceeded my gains during any 6 month period, or even any two-year period of my Penis Enlargement "career" aside from the first three months as a newbie. My routine has consisted of brief periods of intense Penis Enlargement followed by a brief period of cementing, followed by long rest periods.

The intense period lasts about one month, wearing my heavy-duty static stretcher at 7.5+ pounds of tension for about two hours daily, followed by a few hours of the medium duty (about 1-2 pounds, estimated). I also edge for about one hour most days after removing the medium duty.

The cementing period lasts about one month, where I wear the medium duty for as many hours per day as possible. The erect girth has stuck around 5.625", without any real girth work in the past couple of years. I might incorporate some girth work next time around.

I'd highly recommend using the heavy-duty if you have an hour or two of privacy. The medium-duty is great for cementing and keeping it in an extended state while healing.
