Hey Alloy, I'm still in, but I AIM isn't doable. Sorry. I'll keep posting here though.

I just had to take a few days off because one of my veins got hard after a clamping session. I think I caught it in time and with some massaging and time it went away. Now, I'm back. I might try some minor clamping again, but not for some time. For now, it's back to dry jelq/squeezes.
 
Pro-AC - good workout man, that sounds really intense. And nice expansion - is the 1" all the way up your shaft? I've never heard of anything like that. And, your AIM name has a period in it? Is that possible?

WantToBeThick - I'm glad you didn't get a serious injury, it was definitely smart to take off a few days. As far as the AIM name goes, I know you've been in this from the beginning and we'll give it a shot with you not having one. I may change my mind in the future if there's something you need to participate in. But I think we can work around it.

Otherwise, I'll handle whether or not a person can participate without an AIM name on a case by case basis. I really want this, not only for individuals to keep in touch but for us to have gatherings/meetings. If it's not possible don't let it stop you from participating though.

If you haven't figured it out by now, Girth Attack is going to expand far outside of this thread. Look forward to it, it's going to be a lot of fun.
 
Hey guys, I did an hour of clamping ysterday straight through. no squeezes or anything but the pump has laster a long time, and I got a great expansion of of about 1/4th of an inch more. it was great!

I have a question about edging. I try to edge, and if I cum, I just hold my PC muscle so nothing comes out. I still orgasm,but no , or very little fluids is released, is this viable?
 
Iwant8x6 - your edging question sounds like you are on the 'edge' of figuring out muliple orgasm. The principle is to have those orgasm with little to no fluid released, and then have the real one at the end.
 
From the very begining,my expansions were huge.When i was doing Jelqs,it was done for a period of about an hour or so.But what matters here,my goal throughout the workout was and now is to acheave certain state of engorgement.Say,i planed to go from 4,85 to 5,25 and i jelqed until i acheaved that.When i started tape thing and ULis my goal was to went from 5 to 6,at first i couldnt do that,so i went to 5,6 inch.As time went by i have done that to.I now go to that point of 6 EG,doing ULis and maybe wet jelqs,horses,...etc.
I want to ask you something Alloy ,after workout,i get donut around foreskin on the head.My head is fluffy,so as shaft,and i now that is from fluid in tissue.Do you know is there something that might be different from this.I want to say can i only force blood in,without that fluid,or is that not possible.Effectivness might be better if done so,i heard for squash jelqs,is that possible with them.
i always have nice expansion pretty easy,but concerned about that fluid thing.Can that be avoided,cos that would be nice.Perhaps DLD has kind a scientific answer on that. It would be best for all to end this mistery!!!

Fluid buildup is the bain of my existence. In all honesty, if you get real puffy donuts and and on the shaft, that doesn't count as engorgement. Granted, it is difficult to measure the actual blood engorgement. Some people are blessed and don't ever get fluid buildup - you and I on the other hand were not.

Even so, fluid can be avoided. It takes experimenting - and lots of it. Check out my progress log for my battle through fluid. I've found exercises and work out schedules that address it for me, but it may not be the same for you. You will get an idea reading that Log what I mean by experimenting.

In a nutshell, prolonged sets and any exercise that I exert pressure downward on the shaft cause fluid for me. I also have found techniques that help break out of fluid buildup between sets.

Gotta hate a puffy dick man. I'd rather see rock solid blood engorgement and only get .25" than a full inch of pillowy dick.
 
It happened guys, I'm down for the count. Thrombosed vein is my self-diagnosis. It's at the base of my penis, kind of feels like it connects to the pubic bone, where I imagine a lig would be.

I don't think it's bad. It's not big or swollen. It's just sore, and if I feel around I can find a slightly hardened vein. It's been sore for quite some time though. I've been having some erection problems lately too, maybe that was contributing.

Hopefully with a good bit of massaging, heat therapy, and ibuprofen I'll get through this in a few days. More time to prepare for Girth Attack I suppose...
 
I have just finished session.Added some new stuff!Usualy i do ULIs,almost the whole time,but now when i taped the bitch at extreme base,and put on desk(in level with hips),i pressed my dick with book as usualy,but now have done 4 sets(almost dead hard pressing),for one minute.After that encouradged circulation,and got erect again,then mesured width.I couldnt believe.4.8 cm.My ordinary width is 3.9 cm!!!

What do you mean by tape? Like an adhesive tape, or a bandage that is stretchy?
Do you do the book smashing with a hard dick? How hard do you press?

When you do ulis, do you do them with the tape?

I have done 1 hour clamp sessions 2 days in a row. I knew my dick was resilient and could handle it. I have done no exercises yet. I am going to wait until I know my penis can handle the exercises as well. I know just with the hour of clamping is enough right now.
 
It is adhesive tape.In fact it is white(made of paper i think!) used for protection of parts when painting cars(not to be painted).I use that cos i have it alot (my father is automechanist)!And it is easy to chop it(torn it,easy).
Yes i am smashing almost hard dick(to the point of pain,then hold it little under that point).I do ULis with and withot tape(with tape its easyer to acheave bigger pressure though).

i noticed when i take 2 days rest,that i can go up to 6 EG(but more fluid build up)
when clamping 3 days in a row,on the 3rd day afterwards i see less buildup,but also i can not go to 6 EG(but yust 5.75).So i came up with this.Stressing the tissue thats been stressed you cause less fluid in tissue cos it got used to stress.So i think Alloy is right about multisession thing!And penis is not to much fluffy,so it must have been true blood engorgement.

Good job guys, way to see people stepping outside of their comfort zones to make those gains. I experimented with not doing hot wraps and I think that's how I developed a thrombosed vein. Even so, I wouldn't trade off the T-vein for the knowledge I have now. I know a little bit more of my limits.

Pro Ac - I used to do the width compression thing back in the day. I actually found an awesome technique you ALL should try, I made a post of it over at Penis Enlargement Forums. Most flatten the penis while it's laying on the Cs (flat.) Do your book or rolling pin or whatever you use for width compression - but lay the penis on it's side. Lay it on the left CC and flatten your right CC, and opposite. If you aren't familiar with width exercises I'll make another post to describe them.

And yes, multi-sessions are key. But, it my experimentation phase I found the most valuable multi-session was something like:

5 Minute Hot Wrap
5 Minutes Edging
20 Minutes Exercise
10 Minutes 100% ADC
20 Minutes Rest
=60 minutes
3+ supersets. (3 takes 2 hours, 40 minutes)

When I was doing 10x 60 Second Ulis/SSJs throughout the day (tried to hit about 100 holds) I found that I didn't feel as worked or ever get nearly the same expansion as the superset above.

*Tried to put on clamp after jelqs, but it started to hurt like hell immediately so I took it off. This is the second time that it has hurt in the area of the clamp. On further inspection, it was the skin - not the internal penis that was hurting. This morning there appeared a small zit (pimple) where the pain was originating. That appears to be the problem - lol - a zit.

The zit has a head and i've been thinking of gently lancing it or cutting it. I don't want it to get infected though since I'm putting lotion for jelqing there that is not necessarily clean(i.e. - the cream is in a jar - not a tube, so it probably has some germs in it already). For now I think I'll just wash the area with antibacterial soap. Anyone have any other suggestions for treating the zit?

It's not as ingrown hair is it? Sometimes I get these, and every once in a while one gets a little red from constrictor use. If it's an ingrown hair I would just grab some tweezers and pop the bitch out.

I've never had a pimple on the penis though...

Also, make sure you hot wrap - I tried not doing it to see if it would spur any gains and I just ended up with a T-vein.

It was definitely a zit. I took the head off of it but it still hurts. I probably squeezed it with the clamp a couple of times before I knew it was there and now it's mad. Gonna take tonight off from girth work and give it a break. Hopefully it will not be as sore tomorrow.

Well, that thrombosed vein healed up quick. By tonite I didn't have a bit of pain. And yes, I did Penis Enlargement! It was awesome. About a month and a half ago I reached a similar point at which I was working so hard my erections were horrible and my workouts just weren't effective. I went back to the basics.

I also decided to take Yohimbe again tonite. Whether it was the Yohimbe or edging, I was ROCK FUCKING HARD the entire workout. Harder than my average erections. I hot wrapped for 30 minutes, jelqed for 45 minutes, edged for a while, then alternated jelqing, mini supra slammers, and DLD bends for another 30 minutes or so. I topped it off with another 15 minutes of edging. The expansion was nice - about .35" or so, but what was impressive was my hardness, vascularity, no penis looking like a punching bag, and no fluid buildup.

I advise anyone in a rut with girth to hit the basics again. It's given me a new lease on Penis Enlargementing.
 
I admire your persistence,and effort Alloy.You are true girth soldier.I personaly have a question?How the hell you can stand prolonged multisessions.I can not go beyond 3 days in a row.Thats my max. Usualy do 2 days in row,and after that,when even jelqing i feel pain in penis,my erections hurt also.So i need 1-2 days of rest.I would like to have more days in a row than just 2-3.
I would like to advise everyone who uses hot wraps to try putting penis in plastic dish(can or something round shaped).Pour hot water in it,and let your penis stay there 5 minutes.I think thats better than hot wraps.
One more advice! Try Jelqing with two hands.One at the base(like clamp),other one jelqs up.Level of erection around 100%.Do them slow(up to 5 sec. each).That leads me to .25 inch expansion(at least!,after 20 minutes of jelqing).
