Iwant8X6, sounds like the beginning of a plan. I'm not sure if AlloyCG was thinking of delegating the responsibility of research for each area of impact or if we should just volunteer. I am a newb to Penis Enlargement and am not really sure about the signs of a good workout. Therefore, I'd volunteer for researching the effects of different rest periods on girth and general Penis Enlargement.

Therefore, I think that the best we will be able to do is to document/log in detail each exercise, number of reps, intensity, length of time, supplements (quantity of per body mass),etc. as well as any other factors that might impact growth (such as smoking, drinking, running, weightlifting, etc.). I will personally try to better document what I am doing daily in order to meet this need.
Along those lines, here are a few outside factors for myself that may affect growth:
1)I work out at the gym about 6 days a week lifting weights.
2)I take approximately 10 grams of Creatine powder within the first 3 hours following my workout at the gym.
3)I also take "100% Whey Protein" by GNC in the amount of 62grams (2 servings) following each workout at the gym. This is taken at the same time as the Creatine listed above. 4)Both the Creatine and whey are mixed with 12 oz of vanilla soymilk, which also has protein and amino acids, etc. I try to buy HEB brand because it's cheaper.
5)My sleeping pattern is currently disrupted and has been for the last 2.5 weeks.
6)I never have sex or ejaculate within 8 hrs before or after my routine.
7)My diet is vegetarian for the most part. I do eat egs, fish and milk/dairy products.
Hope that the information above helps. I already did DLD's Newbie stretches this morning at 6AM. I plan to do Newbie stretches again and wet jelq this PM (gonna shoot for 800 - 1,000 consecutive jelqs). Yesterday was a "full" rest day without even stretching. Today, my penis looks fatter, so the rest seems to have helped. I'm ready for my session this evening.

It is difficult to judge the effectiveness of different routines/techniques without a standard of control over groups of people doing the same exercises.
