Ok guys here's the thread. Post your pics here if at all possible. Make sure it's a measuring tape pic. Let us know your current size, and your plan of attack. Any change to your routine you should document here, as well as any skipped or extra days. I want this to be as scientific as possible so we can see what really works for girth!
 
Right now I'm about 7.5 BPenis EnlargementL, and I'm 5.125 girth as you can see in the pic. I'll be using constrictors, at least 20 minutes per day. Perhaps 2 sets of 20 minutes when I can fit it in. I'll be using the standard constricted squeezes (ulis, horses, Still's neckbreaker, DLD bends). I'm going to break out the old [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Penis Enlargement pills[/words] that I still have left over. Not that I think they work to make you bigger, but I know for a fact that they help with bloodflow. Once I get my hands on some generic viagra I'll switch to that instead, and I'll post here when that happens.

As far as my routine goes, I'll be including jelq, squeeze, and constrictor work. Possibly experimenting with some ADC and/or ANC. Pumping hasn't been ruled out, haven't done that in a while. My secret weapon? An adjustable cock ring, noose style rubber tubing with a bead to control tightness. At least an hour of girth work a day, probably divided into AM and PM routines.

Well, I wager I'll report back at least every week, hopefully with progress pics. This race to 6" has me excited. Unfortunately not THAT kind of excited, or I'd probably be jelqing.
 
Excellent man! Sounds like a solid plan. I may try some ADC once cyclops gets used to all this exercise again. He's become a wimp!
 
I've tried doing a semi-ADC after my workouts lately. I clamp off a full erection and chill for about an hour and a half. I've never thought an hour plus in the clamp was a big deal unless you are including some clamped exercises.

We need to whip you into shape man. Erect bends til I tell you to stop. Feel free to rotate the angle.

Hey, here's my pic. It's my first pic ever so it's a little crummy. I wasn't fully erect, but it does show my correct girth, 5 3/8.

For my routine, I'll be doing dry jelqs/squeezes with a little clamping at the end.

Yesterday was my off day, so I'm hitting it today.

And to all - I think it's going to be important to have some sort of Penis Enlargement as many hours in the day as possible. I wore my adjustable cock ring to bed last night - I don't know that it did much. But I do think that using a clamp is going to be essential - whether it be for the actual routine or as an ADC kind of thing. I'm going to experiment with a lot of things. I also think that I'm going to exercise everyday. There is probably an average of once a week or so where Penis Enlargement is an impossibility, so it should work out fine.

Pumping - I used this in the past but did it wrong, I never had the proper erection level during the pumping sessions. If it is feasible, for instance on a morning wood that won't go away, I can see me doing some pumping. Some of the biggest guys report including pumping in their routines to some extent.

Water - Those who drink a ton of water can't say enough good things about it in regards to Penis Enlargement. I just saw someone yesterday say that the amount of water he drinks directly corresponds with his girth gains. Thats enough to make me have some water around constantly.

I'd love to hear any other ideas for quick girth gains. Good Luck.
 
Ok, when doing an ADC, should you be fully erect, partially on the high end or the low end, or flaccid? What about before placing the clamp on and after it's on? It seems like it wouldn't do much if flaccid, and it could be dangerous (especially for a beginer like me) if erect, even most of the way, for that long a period of time.

Also I don't think I'm ready to clamp daily yet. I'm thinking I may clamp one day, and do jelqs/uli's the next and cycle that, maybe taking an off day for girth here and there if it's too worked out or there's no time, perhaps once a week or so.
 
Yeah after this first week of getting cyclops back into shape I'm going to start doing ADC with the hose clamp. I drink a ton of water also. sometimes up to 3 litres per day. I'm going to stay out of the pumping though. Clamps are as mechanical as I'm willing to go.
 
With an ADC you should be partially erect and put the clamp on just tight enough to create some pressure. You will find that at the right setting it will stay engorged for long periods of time. When I ADC I get the best erection I can and clamp it as tight as I can. I pretty much just wear it until the erection fades, usually an hour and a half or so. But true ADCing is an art I haven't perfected. I tried it today but there was never any blood in my penis so it didn't do much.

Thanks, but it's all smoke and mirrors. Actually, the angle did me good. I'm rather proud of the pic even though I'm not at full mast.

I just don't have much luck w/ clamping and I have no use for pumps. Hope I'm not shooting myself in the foot by going oldschool.
 
Oldschool is cool, that's how DLD got his massive girth. Plus it will be good to have a mix of exercises represented in our race.

Cool, so I guess I'll be get to DLD's size in no time. Yea! Lookout, my giant phallus will now eclipse the sun... at high noon, fully erect, viewed from underneath with one eye close and the other kinda squinty.
 
Yeah I'd love to see the variation in gains from someone hitting up a good jelq routine vs. a jelq/squeeze routine vs. clamping, etc.

Don't ever subscribe to a certain line of thought being the best. For the longest time I couldn't manage to ever jelq, so I did constrictor work. It was supposed to be better anyways, right? When I finally was able to jelq is when I feel my penis was at it's best. Now I'm switching back to the constrictor work for that old intensity feeling. Definitely do what gives you gains but don't be opposed to giving constrictors/clamping another shot down the road. You may have more luck...
