I put a 15 lb dumbell on it today and may have over stretched something a bit but no pain as of now but a bit of orange tinge (blood) to my urine in the hanger after an hour set with the 15 lbs..Probably over vac'd it and too much weight right off the get go.

Thanks Thick and DLD! I've been plateaued at 9 inches for awhile, but I'm starting to get back into it. I finished the PABA, DMSO and I think it helped with the cord to an extent, but its still there. I stopped doing it, and it feels like the cord has gotten stronger so it must have been at a minimum stopping the cord from increasing in strength. Aside from that, I've got a new plan to help with length. Since the cord seems to be the last limiting factor in length gains I'm going to focus exclusively on lengthening the cord. I've found the best way to do this is with fulcrum stretching. You would think that a fulcrum on the bottom would be better for stretching the top, but its the opposite. When I put the fulcrum on the bottom of the penis, the tunica is forming a sort of cushion that is lessening the stretch on the cord.

I also have some ideas about the origin of the cord. I believe it is a way for your body to protect the dorsal nerve of the penis. The reason I think this is because while fulcrum stretches with the fulcrum on the cord, I can feel a distinct stretching of the nerve. This is how I know I'm doing something right, so I'm going to continue to do this (while being careful not to overstretch the nerve) and see if my gains accelerate. One downside to this stretching of the nerve is that I believe in causes a temporary decrease in penile sensation. This goes away after a few days or weeks, so it isn't a permanent problem, and it shows that the nerve is being stretched. At one point I have stretched a nerve in my arm to the point where I didn't have any feeling in my fingers at all. The doctor wasn't sure if the nerve had broken or just stretched, but now the sensation is back to 100% so I'm not worried about permanent damage. Hopefully by stretching this nerve, it will stimulate growth in the long run, but all I know is my dick isn't gonna get any longer unless this cord gets longer first.

I am glad you are taking such a proactive stance on this issue of the cord. It has come up before and I have seen men quit because of it, your research will be priceless to those men and men in the future.

How many applications were you doing per day and @ what % of PABA to DMSO? Have you used magnesium ever w/ the mixture (chloride)?

Have you researched adding ALCAR to your topical treatment? I was under the assumption that this can help w/ nerves. As can magnesium.

I'm currently still at 9 inches BPEL but I've not been having the greatest erections because I upped my dose of antidepressants (Zoloft is a bitch), but my flaccid stretch is over 9.5 inches.

smerc, I used 50% PABA 50% DMSO (DMSO was 99% grade) and I used it once a day as well as taking PABA pills once a day. I've never heard of using magnesium and I don't know what ALCAR is, but I'll look into it.

I've decided to not do the fulcrum on the top because I felt like it was causing nerve damage. While not stretching, at random times I would get sharp pains on the nerve, so now I'm doing the fulcrum at the bottom. I even tried using a sock folded up on the fulcrum and it didn't help.

What were you using for a fulcrum? Tried searching the other pages, but didn't find anything. So it just seems to be the stretching of the nerve itself and not something applying piercing pressure on it.
 
I experienced something similar with the V-Stretch. first time I did it it just gave me a good stretch but after the second workout I also felt a sharp pain in the dorsal area hours after it and suspended it (aren't really working on length anyway). I think one should be very careful with these kind of fulcrum based stretches applied on the upper side.
 
This is why I always say, less is more. When it comes to an area so delicate and sensitive, one should go soft when it comes to intense exercises. I rather try them really mildly and progressively adapt to the increasing intensity. Luckily, my soldier has never had an injury and may the universe protects it against any harm or threat lol

Being progressive is always the smartest way to train, starting with low intensity and then working progressively into higher and higher strengths.

I used a vacuum hose attachment lol. And I tried adding padding and it didn't help. You might be right but either way it hurts and was getting worse so I stopped.

I think I might have come up with a new way of getting length, but I'm not certain yet so I'll post again if I see results.

Have you tried fulcruming @ the deep base of your penis (or are you doing lower shaft)? Like you would get w/ the kettlebell stretch (not sure if you've done this yet or seen the thread).

Hopefully your new method works.

Expressive Stretching is usually the missing component from most guys routine that are struggling for length gains.
