Well, what probably takes an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] 1 year to do is achieved with 2 weeks of hanging. [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extenders[/words] deal with forces measured in grams. When you hang, you hang pounds. Some guys hang 30lbs every day.

Keep in mind that it's not a race to get up to the most weight, though. It's a game of being smart enough to milk as much gains as you can with the lowest possible weight. You don't want to move up in weight until you have to or until you should to keep fatiguing the ligaments.

My opinion of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] is they are great for flaccid length gains, they are great for EQ, they are great for wearing after you do some real Penis Enlargement, they are great for trying to stretch skin slowly. Giving up isn't my personality, even if my goal ends up being retarded. My strength goals for this year were to be able to dunk easily (at the time I could almost dunk). I've already gained 9 inches in my vertical leap and can dunk with two hands. My other goal was to do a one handed pull up, and I can already do 2 in a row with my right, and 1 with my left. When I started, my goal was to simply wear my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] 4 hours a day for 5 days a week for 6 months and see where it got me.

These new goals aren't just goals to me. They are promises to myself, and I don't break promises even if I realize they are stupid. I might regret it by the time I reach my goal, but I will not stray from the path. :)

You need to strengthen your lower back. That is the most important thing. Also, doing a lot of jumping helps as well.

Deadlifts (high weight as well as low weight with as much speed as you can without injuring yourself)
Bulgarian Split Squats
Reverse Hyperextensions (very IMPORTANT)
Weighted Swiss ball crunches
Box Squats with bands (low reps, around 2 reps, 8 sets. speed is king for this exercise)
Dumbell Swings off boxes
Rotational Ab Work, using hi & low cables

Also, an update. I measured today after a LOT of lig stretching with a heat pad on the ligs while stretching. My bpfsl increased to 8.45 and my erect length went to 8.2! I know its just temporary, but I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the measurement.

Sounds intense.

Usually you will get a larger measurement after a manual stretch session, especially when you have heated up and down. They say it's best to keep your measurements before workouts if you're going to record official gains. I know for myself, I am between 8.5 - 8.75 BPFSL prior to workout, but after workout I've gotten very close to 9" BPFSL. It's still real cool to see that measurement to give inspiration.

Kinda like the pump after a pumping session. I started pumping at 5.5 MSEG but I would get temporary pumps of up to 7.5" MSEG and looking at that is what made me believe 100% that Penis Enlargement works.

I have a theory that people who's fsl is close to their el can gain better with an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] since they're el and fsl tend to stay close to each other. People who's el is much lower than their fsl might only have fsl gains from an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

I didn't change my official (sig) measurements. I don't do that unless I have cemented a gain. Hopefully these temporary gains are an indication of something though. Temp gains are better than no gains :)
 
Well, you have less of a fat pad than me. Not to say you more more dick, just more of your dick is useable. So your lesser BPFSL length is probably the same or greater in useable dick than my greater BPFSL length because more of your penis is outside of your skin.. If you understand what I'm trying to say.

Not that I have a big fat pad, it's like 7/8 of an inch when I'm seated. But all my measurements are seated. When I stand up, my penis draws back and is shorter.

According to my records, my fsl has always been close to my EL. But then my fsl grew lots, while my EL stayed the same. What happened was you had sex with your girl, got the motivation to go crazy with the pumping and over trained. It made it even worse because you had recently ejaculated, which makes any expansion exercising that much more damaging to your penis, since it's in a weakened state.

You don't need to stop for a week. Just take it easy. You winkle will tell you when you are going too hard. You need to gradually work your way up in time and intensity.

The e-jac thing is the case for me, maybe your penis is immune to a refractory period? Can you bust off multiple 100% nuts in a row or do you have down time?
