Did just 25 min set with 10lbs to see if I had any problems and it was all good. Going to do longer sets today. I'm really liking the vac hanger. It's so much easier to get on than a compression hanger and I don't need to wait time taking it off every 20 minutes for breaks and re wraps and all the bull shit. Hanging for an hour takes me an hour now instead of 2 hours. I'm gonna hang for at least 30 min every morning and at least an hour at night. 10lbs is a breeze so I'm gonna up it tonight

Measured this morning looks to be the same length as last measure even though I slacked off for a couple months. Didn't bother with girth cause it's not my goal so I'll assume it stayed the same also. So at 7.5 bpel so begins the work to hit the milestone of 8. Of corse I want 9 but every half inch gain is a celebration.

It's 930 now so I'll ger at least 3-4 hours straight before I take it off and put on xsleeve with weight cap. I'll cruise a few hours in that and then do some hanging

Ok I've been back at the tb500 and I think it really is doing some good. My dick is stretching like never before.
