It is a lifetime membership, because as far as I see it - once you stop doing it, it starts getting shorter. Am I wrong?
 
to me this guys is it better to use more bars without turning the tension or less bars tension turned up

Not sure on other 2 but Bridge Stretch would be when you use a bar, pen, or something similar to be bridged across your penis while you are extending. It is put in after you are set up and laid across your penis horizontally.
 
so you put it like under the bars but over your penis, almost like a lattice fence or something? what's the point of that?
 
Thanks for everyone reading this thread. I didn't realize it's gotten so many views since I haven't been on in a long time. Been really busy but haven't given up on Penis Enlargement or the SG. I have stopped all workouts except for the SG so only making length gains. Since I don't have much time these days I decided to condition myself to use the SG while sleeping. It was pretty difficult at first and not that comfortable. After doing this form several months, I can now sleep with the SG and I wake up when it's no longer comfortable and remove it. I was afraid I might lose circulation but this doesn't happen. I use the Velcro Mod so it's really quick and easy to take off and go back to sleep. I highly recommend this because it's like free SG time you won't gt during the day and is worth a couple of hours. You could as easily wake up, take a leak, then stretch and put it back on for a complete sleep session. Sleep also seems like a good time for the SG due to night time erections and lots of blood to heal and speed up the growth process.

Everyone wants to know gains. I've gained 0.75" - 1" NBPenis EnlargementL using the SG. I expect more now that I've read the new tips DLD posts. Manual stretch every hour and stretch .25"-.5" above your erect length in the SG. I usually stretch 1-1.25" above my erect length since doing the previous I didn't feel much tension anymore. Variety is always good like when working out to expose your penile tissue to different types of stretching and SG use. I usually switch up tension, number of rods used, manual stretching when I get used to a certain method. If not, it gets to a point where my morning EQ isn't rock hard as it should be with proper SG use. This isn't typical morning EQ . If you at using the SG correctly it is extmely pumped EQ like when you were a teenager.

I still use a cloth wrap. This is a thin piece of cotton cut from an old T-Shirt that is about 1.5" wide and 6" in length. I wrap about 1.5 times behind the glands and pretty tightly to prevent slippage. Loose wraps are no good and actually slip over time. You won't be able to tell when you were the SG but you can tell when you've done it right from the stretch that you get. You will definitely feel the dull stretch more when you wrap correctly. I also still wrap the base of the SG with 3 sheets of toilet paper folded once width wise to minimize testicle burn. It's like wrapping thread around a spool with the base being the spool.

Even though I'm not updating frequently, I am still using the SG almost daily with the odd weekend off for rest. I wish I had time for the Bathmate and more manual Penis Enlargement but the SG will do for now and it's doing a great job. It's my favorite Penis Enlargement equipment because it gives a lot of gain and is kind of passive Penis Enlargement. Length is hard for me to gain so this is a slow consistent goal for me.

Never give up. Even if you're slow, be consistent. Consistent slow gains are better than nothing at all.
