Replaced the aging Velcro with a small change and it made a huge difference. You can see from my Velcro mod pictures that i use the same Velcro to strap in the penis on the base piece. No matter what shape or size or direction I stick it it wears out quickly and gets pulled off. This time I bought the same Velcro for the strap in piece but bought Velcro with tape on the other side that is twice the width. I used the double width Velcro on the base piece so it would have more surface area to stick to. This has worked extremely well. After hours of using it there is no movement or slipping. This is the best and most secure strap in I've had with the device. The best part is the EQ was through the roof this morning and throughout the night. Having a secure strap in is the first step to getting a good session and this has definitely improved it. As I mentioned before I'm no longer doing locked stretches. I am stretching with 1200g or so of tension over the entire session. This can be several hours to all day on weekends. I am mostly stretching downwards, but have also started working in some straight ahead and upwards stretching for variety. SG is still getting better as I learn how to improve its use.
 
I'm continuing to use the SG on a daily basis for several hours or more. I've also started using the SG when I go to sleep and am able to wear it for a couple of hours before waking up and taking it off due to discomfort. This has improved my morning EQ even further and it's helping get a couple of more hours in without any effort.

I'll add in DLD's SG super sets when time allows. This is a great routine and I'm noticing a girth increase as well.

I'm no longer performing locked stretches since the increased tension reduces the amount of time I can wear the SG and after reading the instructions, growth comes from time under stretched tension. I guess that means you just have to wear it more for as long as possible.

The new velcro I attached is working out really well. Strapping in is very tight with no slippage of any kind. The velcro attached to the base piece is also holding up better with more adhesive area and I won't have to replace it as often.

I'm back to using the SG on a daily basis for at least several hours a day. I'm also doing the DLD SG stretch routine before puttin on the SG again and going to sleep. I've haven't pushed past 1500g of tension with locked stretches like I used to and have let the SG do it's thing.

I've gained 1cm in length outside of the SG in both flaccid and erect state in just over a month of use. I no longer measure length while in the SG because there are too many factors that can affect the measurement such as size of the head while strapped in, if the Velcro is loose, what size my base wrap is, and other stuff.

My base wrap is pretty thick to prevent chaffing so I'm using 2 large rods per size. If I don't have a base wrap, I can easily put the two smaller rods back that I was using before. I think not having a base wrap may provide better consistency in the results. I now know that gains come from wearing the SG for as long as possible under the prescribed tension. I am making better actual gains now (instead of gains while in the SG) following the instructed use. Using the SG with DLDs routine can definitely produced a 1" gain in 3 months. I have gained 1cm in just over a month.

Going back to hard work, manual stretching, and maximum use has taken me past my plateau. Can't wait to see what the results will be in another several months.

Been getting solid use of the SG for over several hours a day still. I replaced the base wrap and made it less padded than last time. Definitely getting a better stretch but this also means more testicle chaffing. Ideally the SG is used without any padding for best results.

I've also been stretching up and straight out for variety. I read another post that an SG user on this forum made a 1 inch gain after using it for a year for 1 hour a day stretching straight out. Figure that it's worth trying and it's also what the instructions prescribe as the default method. I'm now stretching around 1300-1500gs most of the time. Doing DLDs stretching routine in between sessions or whenever I have to re adjust the SG.

Also strapping in before bed to get in some extra time with whatever position is comfortable at the time.

Excellent that you are using these techniques, both will help you gain faster and heal in a longer state.
 
I've had the SG for quite a while now and have used it with a variety of methods including Bridge Stretches. The best and most effective method for my body is using it as directed with tension between 1200-1500g and wearing it for as long as possible. I used to do locked stretches where you adjust the rods beyond the spring tension for a higher tension stretch. I returned to these since I've been stretching again for over 1.5 months regularly and didn't feel the stretch as much anymore. When I did this, my morning EQ was low again like it was last time I did locked stretches.

Good EQ in the morning tells me that my penis is recovered and ready for more Penis Enlargement. Bad EQ tells me my penis is overworked and needs a longer break before going back to Penis Enlargement. I've come to this conclusion after trying a lot of different methods and it may not work for everyone but it definitely works for me.

With locked or bridge stretching I was able to make more flaccid stretched length gains. Erect length gains weren't as quick. I still gained but it's not as quick as using the SG as recommended where I'm making slightly faster erect gains but far less flaccid stretched length gains. Stretched length gains may be a sign of things to come but isn't great if you can't cement those gains.

In my experience, using it as directed for as long as you can daily is giving me the best result.

well done with the gains of 2 inches flaccid stretch, how much of this has been been translated to actuall erect gains?
Also, how many tractions bars did you receive with the device?

I think I will see some real gains now, So one question I have. From doing the DLD hardcore stretches in the Bathmate then doing girth blasters, it seem as though total time in the Bathmate is 1 hour. Am I correct in saying this?

If you are doing them as I wrote them that sounds about right. I sometimes cut all exercises in half if time is an issue, as long as I am getting something in.
 
its more than met mine as im only on start of week 2 already got gains half inch in fg and half inch in fl the only reason i was taking note of size was trying to take picture with size so i can enter that championship thing but with no joy found it very hard need a other hand lol will try later when no one is in the house but still a nice suprise none the less i sort of know as it feels a lot bigger to hold

Excellent starting gains! Taking pictures can be fustrating, if you continue to have issues photographing while erect you could measure flaccid stretched, bone pressed. This will show your gains without having to become erect.
 
thanks man to be honest i was not 100% beleaver onti now there was always a wee thing in the back my head telling my this is to good to be true now my mind is at rest knowing the gains will come there is no stoping me now i will now be useing these wee gains to drive me to push myself harder and harder starting to really injoy it now and yeah should defo have them pictures up tomorrow at some point the sooner the better before i get any bigger 9 inch here i come
