A pop is not actually a bad thing though, but you don't wanna make it pop all the time, cuz that means you're putting too much strain on the ligaments....once in a while pops are actually a good thing cuz that's how you know you're getting a good stretch...but remember, NOT ALL THE TIME.

I have checked out the V-SES that Red zulu invented and I do not know if that is the same thing as the power assist.
